[ADMIN] 261106 Regarding the influx of DMs / post comments on the possibility of a JOSHUA Mall Event Hi, JSSS 🩵 We've been receiving a lot of DMs & several comments on official accounts as well as questions directed to our staff about the possibility of a mall event for JOSHUA. We're happy to have witness, participated, and executed such fun and well-organized events alongside our fellow fanbase organizers, staff, and volunteers across many, many events within the venues being asked. We are so thankful for how our events have been received this year, and are happy to celebrate alongside our fellow CARATs. However, following reviews on the experience on coordination with the previous mall venue, we've decided to explore other venues for our events for JOSHUA moving forward. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what we had hoped for, particularly in terms of delayed communication, professionalism in the way approvals were provided and then retracted multiple times, and with regards to how creative material were fed into AI generation tools, and how these concerns were handled throughout the coordination process. We believe that organizing events should be a collaborative experience built on mutual respect. The time, effort, and creativity that go into these projects deserve to be met with the same level of consideration and professionalism. We want to continue creating in spaces where communication is respectful, concerns are heard, and both parties are willing to meet halfway. We understand that others may have their own experiences with the venue, and we encourage everyone to make their own informed assessments. As for us, we will continue to exist in kinder spaces with you — spaces where we meet each other halfway, communicate, and respect each other's creative boundaries not just as CARATs, but also as human creatives 🩵 With this, we'd also like to clarify that we currently have no plans for another large-scale mall event for JOSHUA's birthday. Our previously announced birthday project, as presented in our official posts, will be our sole large-scale event for this celebration. We hope to bring you the same fun and community CARATs know and love — just in a place where we have more capacity to do what we love. We hope to see you all on January 10, at Haus+ Studio! Until then, thank you for your continued understanding, patience, and support. We can't wait to celebrate with you again! 💎
