why do NFT projects want everyone to be holders, sweepers and secondary buyers but not sellers?

For the past 2 months, I've been using between 2-4gb everyday.
Is it by choice? Hell no
At first I thought it was because I was recklessly doomscrolling Tiktok and streaming Donghua on YouTube.
Cut down both this month and somehow I still consume that same range of data?

In fact, I've barely left the comfort of my bed.
Spent about an hour to 30 minutes working on written contents and adding finishing touches to an AI video I haven't even downloaded.

i tried to go one step further and build a little flywheel between Chog Genesis and $CHOG, it works like this:
>treasury sweeps the opensea floor
>degens buy raffle tickets with $CHOG
>1 ticket = floor Γ 1.5 Γ· 64
>6 draws, half tickets get cut each time
>survivors trade between rounds
>last ticket standing takes the NFT
>token goes back to sweep more
>flywheel flywheeling
