What a week. What an experience with @NinjaTrader!
From speaking on stage to being surrounded by so many like-minded individuals who share the same passion for trading, this was truly an experience to remember.
Grateful for the opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, share my journey and learn from some incredible people in this industry.
It’s moments like these that remind me why I fell in love with trading in the first place.
A huge thank you to @AnthonyCrudele and the entire @NinjaTrader team for putting together such an incredible event and allowing me to be a part of it.
Until next time! 🥂

7 winners on the day with only three losses that barely made a dent
Total gain of +838% is a statement.
MNQ added 100 pts on top 🔥
OGS has been different this month!!!!!
A breakout on high volume isn't automatically a strong breakout.
And I think this is one of the biggest misconceptions traders have when they're learning price action.
We're constantly told to look for volume confirmation. Price breaks above resistance, volume increases, and suddenly the breakout looks legitimate.
But volume only tells you how much activity is taking place. It doesn't tell you who's going to win the battle between buyers and sellers.
Think about what happens when price pushes above an obvious resistance level.
You potentially have breakout traders entering long, short sellers covering their positions, and traders who bought much lower using that same strength to exit.
All of that can contribute to elevated volume.
Now imagine price breaks resistance, attracts significant activity, but can't sustain the move. Instead of establishing acceptance above that level, it falls right back into the previous range.
That's information worth paying attention to.
Because the important question isn't simply whether buyers were active during the breakout.
It's whether that buying was enough to keep price trading at higher levels.
This is why I think follow-through matters so much.
Did price hold above the breakout level? Did the next few candles continue higher? Were buyers able to defend the level on a retest? Or did the entire move get rejected?
A breakout with elevated volume that immediately fails can sometimes tell you more about the market than a breakout with relatively average volume that actually holds.
Volume is useful. But volume without context can be incredibly misleading.
The breakout itself isn't the confirmation. What happens after it is just as important.
