Exceptional too is the reaction by Spain's Transport Minister @oscar_puente_ today Puente maintains that the Spanish rail network is safe: "There are systems, rules, and protocols in place. Mistakes can happen, but I want to emphasize that our railways are just as safe as those in neighboring countries." The level of gaslighting by politicians to always maintain their own interests over the wellbeing of their country is why nobody trusts politicians anymore
At least 85 people this year died from Spanish train accidents, and likely it will grow to 100 at the end of this day Very tragic and this makes Spanish trains one of the most dangerous modes of transport now ~100x more dangerous than flying commercial ~40x more dangerous than non-Spanish trains And every trip is nopw as dangerous as jumping from a plane and skydiving Two highly deadly train accidents in one year, that's so extreme and unlikely that it makes it at as dangerous as flying one of the most deadly airlines in the world, the Nepalese Yeti Airlines that keeps crashing due to the mountainous terrain Pretty exceptional in a bad way

20 GitHub tools for Claude Code worth bookmarking, but you probably only need 3 of them to start Claude Code setups have a tendency to spiral out of control. You start looking for one useful plugin and 20 minutes later you have: > 40 GitHub tabs > 6 overlapping tools > 3 memory systems > 4 agent frameworks > no idea whether your workflow actually improved So here’s a more practical list. Not “$30,000 worth of AI tools for free.” Just 20 projects grouped by the problem they solve. 🧠 MEMORY 1. claude-mem Automatically captures what happened during your sessions, compresses it into summaries and brings relevant context back later. Useful for the classic: “we literally solved this yesterday.” github.com/thedotmack/claude… 2. planning-with-files Moves planning and progress into persistent Markdown files instead of keeping everything trapped inside chat context. Especially useful for projects that need to survive `/clear`, compaction or interrupted sessions. github.com/OthmanAdi/plannin… 🛠️ BETTER AGENT WORKFLOWS 3. Everything Claude Code A huge collection of agents, skills, commands, hooks and configuration patterns. More of a complete toolbox than one isolated skill. github.com/affaan-m/everythi… 4. agent-skills by Addy Osmani Skills focused on actual software engineering workflows: > specification > planning > implementation > verification > code review > release github.com/addyosmani/agent-… 5. Ruflo Multi-agent orchestration for Claude Code and Codex with shared memory and coordination. Useful when one agent is no longer enough for the workflow. github.com/ruvnet/ruflo 6. wshobson/agents A massive collection of specialized agents, skills, commands and plugins. Better treated as a catalogue of specialists than something you install all at once. github.com/wshobson/agents 🗺️ UNDERSTAND LARGE CODEBASES 7. Graphify Turns code and other project material into a queryable knowledge graph. Useful when you need to understand relationships across a large unfamiliar repository instead of grepping everything manually. github.com/Graphify-Labs/gra… 8. Understand-Anything Builds an interactive knowledge graph for a project that you can browse, search and ask questions about. github.com/Egonex-AI/Underst… 📉 STOP WASTING CONTEXT A lot of Claude Code usage disappears into logs, terminal output and giant tool responses that the model barely needs. These tools attack that problem directly. 9. ponytail Pushes the agent toward a “lazy senior developer” mindset: less code, less overengineering, fewer unnecessary changes. github.com/DietrichGebert/po… 10. rtk A Rust CLI proxy that reduces the amount of noisy development-command output sent back into the model. github.com/rtk-ai/rtk 11. headroom Compresses logs, files, tool outputs and structured data before they hit the LLM context window. Available as a library, proxy and MCP server. github.com/headroomlabs-ai/h… 12. context-mode Sandboxes and filters tool output so huge command responses don’t consume the entire context window. github.com/mksglu/context-mo… 🎨 MAKE AI FRONTENDS LOOK LESS AI-GENERATED 13. UI UX Pro Max A UI/UX skill covering: > visual styles > typography > palettes > layout decisions > interface guidance Useful when “make it modern” keeps producing the same generic SaaS landing page. github.com/nextlevelbuilder/… 14. taste-skill Frontend guidance specifically aimed at producing more deliberate and less generic visual output. github.com/Leonxlnx/taste-sk… 15. video-shotcraft Turns products into cinematic videos using Remotion, real screenshots, camera movement, beat-synced cuts and sound design. Good example of extending Claude Code beyond just building the product itself. github.com/Vincentwei1021/vi… 🔎 CONNECT CLAUDE CODE TO REAL WORK 16. Agent-Reach Lets agents access sources like: > YouTube > GitHub > Reddit > the web from inside the workflow. github.com/Panniantong/Agent… 17. cc-switch Desktop app for switching providers and managing MCP servers, skills and prompts from one place. github.com/farion1231/cc-swi… 18. pm-skills Product-management workflows covering discovery, strategy, execution, launch and growth. github.com/phuryn/pm-skills 19. claude-skills A broader cross-functional skill collection for: > engineering > marketing > product > finance > compliance > leadership github.com/alirezarezvani/cl… 20. career-ops An agent workflow for job hunting: > find roles > score them against your CV > tailor applications > track progress It prepares the application. You still press Submit. github.com/career-ops-hq/car… So what should you actually install? Probably not 20 tools. Start with 3: 1 memory tool `claude-mem` or `planning-with-files` 1 context-efficiency tool `rtk`, `headroom` or `context-mode` 1 tool directly related to what you actually do engineering, design, product, research, career, whatever. Then run the same representative task before and after. Compare: > Did Claude finish correctly? > Did it need fewer corrections? > Did it consume fewer tokens? > Was it actually faster? > Did the new tool create extra maintenance? If a tool doesn’t noticeably improve the result, remove it. A bigger Claude Code setup isn’t the goal. A better workflow is.

a16z @speedrun talent 🤝 career-ops if you are job searching, fork career-ops (github.com/santifer/career-o…) and you can automatically scan all of a16z portcos open jobs
The talent lead of a16z's @speedrun opened a PR to career-ops this week. He didn't ask me to integrate his talent network. He opened the PR himself: 10,000+ open roles across 200+ a16z portfolio startups, connected to the community. Before merging, he passed the same provenance gate as anyone else: identity confirmed out of band, domain control proven cryptographically. Cleared it in a few hours without blinking. Here's the part I keep thinking about. The engineers who run an open source, local-first job-search tool built for the agentic era are, almost by definition, the people these startups are trying to hire. The pipeline connected itself. I didn't plan any of this. But it turns out that if you build honestly for one side of a market, the other side shows up with a pull request.

THIS IS INSANE Anthropic just dropped a goldmine of 20 Claude Code plugins. $29,077 worth of tools, FREE on GitHub paid marketplaces sell a skill for $19 and an agent for $39. these repos ship 970 skills and 273 agents for $0 1.8M stars combined, picked from 68,900 repos tagged claude-code most people still run Claude Code bare: no memory, no team, no taste, burning tokens on raw logs 20 GitHub projects you should open first: 1. Everything Claude Code → 71 agents, 311 skills and 97 commands in one harness. the closest thing to an agent OS github.com/affaan-m/everythi… 2. agent-skills → 25 production skills by Addy Osmani: spec, plan, build, verify, review, ship github.com/addyosmani/agent-… 3. Ruflo → runs agent swarms across Claude Code and Codex with shared memory between them github.com/ruvnet/ruflo 4. agents → 202 agents, 185 skills and 105 commands packed into 94 installable plugins github.com/wshobson/agents 5. claude-mem → records what your agent did, summarizes it and feeds it back next session github.com/thedotmack/claude… 6. planning-with-files → keeps the plan in markdown on disk, so it survives /clear, compaction and crashes github.com/OthmanAdi/plannin… 7. Graphify → turns code, docs and SQL schemas into a knowledge graph. parsed locally, nothing leaves your machine github.com/Graphify-Labs/gra… 8. Understand-Anything → an interactive map of your codebase with search, guided tours and diff impact analysis github.com/Egonex-AI/Underst… 9. ponytail → makes Claude code like the laziest senior dev. 53% less code and 45% fewer tokens in its own Opus 5.5 benchmark github.com/DietrichGebert/po… 10. rtk → a Rust CLI proxy that cuts 60-90% of the tokens from common dev command output github.com/rtk-ai/rtk 11. headroom → compresses logs, tool outputs and JSON before they reach the model github.com/headroomlabs-ai/h… 12. context-mode → sandboxes tool output. 315 KB in, 5.4 KB to the model github.com/mksglu/context-mo… 13. Agent-Reach → lets your agent read YouTube, GitHub, Reddit and the web from one CLI, zero API fees github.com/Panniantong/Agent… 17. cc-switch → a desktop app to switch providers in one click and manage MCP, skills and prompts in one place github.com/farion1231/cc-swi… 18. pm-skills → 69 product skills and 42 chained workflows, from discovery to launch github.com/phuryn/pm-skills 19. claude-skills → 380+ skills across engineering, marketing, finance, compliance and C-level advice github.com/alirezarezvani/cl… 20. career-ops → scans job boards, scores every role against your CV and drafts the application. you still press Submit github.com/career-ops-hq/car… start with 3, not 20: one for memory, one for tokens, one for your actual job run the same task before and after. keep only what makes the result better or cheaper every plugin you add loads into context, so more isn't free save this before you spend another weekend building something that already exists and repost it for the friend who's still paying $19 a skill ↓

github.com/anthropics/skills 【省钱】 2、caveman(11.5 万星) 让 AI「说话像原始人」:少说废话、少读废话。 github.com/JuliusBrussee/cav… github.com/tt-a1i/archify 4、taste-skill(10.2 万星) 给 AI 补审美。 github.com/Leonxlnx/taste-sk… github.com/calesthio/OpenMon… github.com/virgiliojr94/book… github.com/career-ops-hq/car… github.com/ComposioHQ/awesom…

First open source PR: merged 🚀 "Easy fix," right? Just add export. The trap: the old copies closed over ctx. A naive import makes tests silently hit the real clock. No error. Just slower. Passed ctx at every call site. Found a 4th copy the issue missed.

A job posting wrongly marked "closed" never comes back: career-ops saves that verdict for good and skips the job on every later scan. In 18 days I had 16 PRs merged into career-ops (76k stars), most in the checker that decides whether a posting is still open.
