Being the LoP @RahulGandhi, I suggest you refrain from politicising every issue. Also, casually labelling commercial and legal matters as criminal is unacceptable.
You have repeatedly decried the successes of Indian industry & our entrepreneurs. Now, are you trying to incite our business leaders to join you in spreading distrust & toxicity?
For decades, your party had smothered the spirit of the Indian entrepreneurs under the stifling ‘Licence-Quota Raj’ & inflicted poverty on crores of Indians.
On the other hand, our government led by PM @narendramodi values the Indian industry as job creators & drivers of economic growth. Our policies have been tailored to enable enterprise, support industry and encourage investment.

ED searches 11 premises across Mumbai and Gujarat in drug money laundering case linked to Navin Chichkar
* The Enforcement Directorate (ED), Mumbai Zonal Office-I, conducted searches at around 11 premises across Mumbai and Gujarat on October 28 under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
* The investigation concerns alleged proceeds of drug trafficking involving cocaine, hydroponic cannabis, LSD and cannabis edibles, reportedly smuggled mainly from abroad.
* The case stems from investigations by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), Mumbai, and the Anti-Narcotics Cell (ANC) of Navi Mumbai Police.
* ED investigations indicate that Navin Gurunath Chichkar allegedly invested substantial funds in cryptocurrency.
* Drug proceeds were allegedly routed through hawala operators, who subsequently paid Chichkar in USDT cryptocurrency or Thai Baht.
* Searches led to the recovery of incriminating material, digital devices and evidence allegedly indicating the laundering and transfer of drug proceeds outside India through hawala channels and cryptocurrencies.
The investigation is ongoing.

कर्नाटक में तो सरकार थी। बैलट भी थे।
उस पर दार्शनिक महोदय का क्या मंतव्य है? टेस्ला की कार की वजह से हार गए?
विधान परिषद के चुनाव को लेकर कई बुद्धिजीवियों का कहना है कि ये चुनाव बैलेट पेपर पर हुआ है। इसके बाद भी विपक्ष हार गया। लेकिन शायद उन्हें किसी ने ये नहीं बताया कि राष्ट्रपति, राज्यसभा और विधान परिषद के चुनाव EVM पर नहीं, बल्कि बैलेट पेपर पर ही होते हैं। इन चुनावों में वरीयता (Preference) के आधार पर मतदान होता है और वोटों की गिनती भी उसी हिसाब से होती है।
