For 3 months now, @westelm is owing us a $1600+ refund for a piece of furniture that was returned in 10/22. 14 phone called & 33 emails later they still haven’t processed the refund but keep on telling me that the refund will be back on my credit card in ”3-5 days”. Any ideas?
