Lose weight, gain it back, blame yourself, eat junk and start another diet. Repeat.
Bhavna had been stuck in this exhausting cycle for years.
An IT professional, student and vegetarian, juggling night shifts, stress and unpredictable routine.
This time, we stopped chasing quick results and built a lifestyle that worked around her life.
No crash diets, no extreme restrictions. Just sustainable nutrition, strength training and consistent habits.
6 months later, 19+ KGS DOWN.
But the biggest transformation? She finally stopped feeling like she was fighting herself.
More energy, more confidence and more strength.
Sometimes you don’t need another diet but you need a better approach.
Proud of you, Bhavna!
The fitness industry is becoming obsessed with measuring everything.
HRV, recovery scores, sleep scores, metabolic age, calories burned and now brain blood flow but question is are we actually getting healthier or just getting better at collecting numbers?
I’m all for technology and innovation but scientific claims need independent validation, not just impressive correlations or expensive research budgets.
People don’t need 15 different health metrics to get fitter, they need consistent training, adequate nutrition, good sleep and sustainable habits.
Measure what matters, understand what you’re measuring and never confuse more data with better health.

Never thought I’d see one of my tweets here, this made my day !!
Thanks for sharing it with me @Jainadave_ 🫰🏻
Imagine getting so worked up over a flight cancellation that you forget how to behave with basic decency. I get that it’s frustrating, but what exactly do you achieve by abusing the staff?
They didn’t cancel your flight out of their own pocket. Some people really need to learn the difference between being upset and having absolutely no control over their behaviour.
THIS is what real coaching and sustainable fat loss look like, she’s heading to an office party, but instead of leaving her nutrition to chance, she’s already thinking ahead and carrying her whey protein.
And that’s exactly the mindset we’re working towards.
As a coach, my goal is never to make clients dependent on a diet chart, restrict them from social gatherings or expect them to eat perfectly every single day.
My goal is to teach them how to make informed food choices, plan around unpredictable schedules, manage hunger and take responsibility for their decisions.
Because real transformation isn’t about following a plan when everything is convenient. It’s about knowing how to stay mindful when life gets busy, routines change and celebrations happen.
Want to lose belly fat without starving yourself ???
So we Indians should start eating this simple breakfast — eggs + fruits.
This whole meal gives you just 303 kcal and 23g protein.
If your diet doesn’t have room for watermelon, your diet probably needs fixing. 30 calories per 100g, 90% water, rich in lycopene, citrulline, potassium and antioxidants.
Helps with hydration, supports heart health, adds volume to your diet and satisfies sweet cravings.

I don’t think people realise how much you miss the simplest things until you lose the ability to do them, year ago I was dealing with an ACL and meniscus tear then surgery, weeks of restricted movement, physiotherapy and lot of patience, fear.
Today, I went out and completed my first proper long jog after surgery. 5.1 km, can’t explain how good it felt to just run again.
No pace goals, no performance targets, its just me and feeling of getting a part of my life back.
This one means a lot.

Once all Indians start eating breakfast like this, imagine India going from 180th in obesity prevalence to the TOP 10 soon.
5 boiled eggs, a bowl of fruit.
Imagine what better food choices and basic nutrition education could do for India.
Finally got my first IPO allotment of the year and it’s Jio 15 lots, gym renewal fees sorted for the whole year 💪
“I’m too old to get fit.”
My 54 year old mentee is a reminder that age doesn’t have to stop you from improving your health.
3-month progress:
HbA1c: 5.6 → 5.1%
Triglycerides: 237.5 → 111
LDL: 107.9 → 86.7
The goal isn’t a quick transformation but its building habits that keep paying you back for years.

Nobody teaches Indian men how to take care of themselves.
They’re taught to study hard, get a job, earn money and take care of their family but somewhere along the way, their own health becomes the last priority.
That’s how Mehul reached 105 kg until he decided to take responsibility for what he could control.
We focused on better eating habits, walking, strength training and consistency. L
Today, Mehul is 17 kg lighter, stronger than before, with better habits and more confidence.
Sometimes, changing your body starts with changing the way you treat yourself.
