Woke up thinking about this and I’m still stunned. I’ve been as big a Trump critic as anyone else on the right over the past couple of years, but what happened last night, Trump’s brave, defiant reaction, and especially the stunning photos that captured it, stirred something in me that I never knew was there. Somehow, I want to run through a wall for someone I worked against the entire primary cycle. If this didn’t change the world, it certainly changed me.
Defund the war, and defund Israel. That’s what Democrats ran on, and that’s what they absolutely need to do once they have the power. If they don’t, and they probably won’t because in actuality most are establishment shills just like the Republicans, the right Republican nominee (if we choose wisely) will be able to hammer them on this issue in 2028 and possibly win.
Ron DeSantis has been on a tear lately. Incidentally, since we're cleaning house (or I hope we're cleaning house), I couldn't think of a better man to lead the RNC, can you? And it just so happens he'll be unemployed shortly.
Governor DeSantis GOES OFF on Vivek Ramaswamy.
“How bad did they beat Vivek like a drum? Now, part of that was Vivek, quite frankly. I don't know why they would have pushed him to be the candidate there.
My mom's from Youngstown. Ohio is a working-class state, very blue-collar. You know, Vivek, he's like a tech guy, did this Alzheimer's drug, and he wants to bring in people, foreign worker on visas.
That is not the type of person that's going to sell. And I know he shot himself in the foot. I know he did a lot of other stuff to make it a real landslide against him.
But even with that, it's like, you got to meet the voters where they are on some of this stuff. I think we would have done better in Ohio had we had a candidate that was more representative or more in tune with the interests of kind of these blue-collar people that make the backbone of Ohio. But they got blown out there.”
Perhaps, and hear me out, Trump should have maybe considered NOT betraying his voter base. 🤷♂️
Every freakshow podcaster on the “Right,” from Tucker to Candace and everyone in between spent the last two years demoralizing their 10s of millions of listeners with the message that the GOP betrayed them, Trump is controlled by the “Epstein class,” that their vote doesn’t matter, and that they have no agency or sovereignty over their lives or their nations politics.
So millions of demoralized people on the Right stayed home. That’s what happened. The base didn’t show up because they were told it didn’t matter. And they’re about to spend 2 years re-learning why it did matter.
The reason the Mark Levins of the world are more unhinged than ever today is because they know the jig is up. The con is over. After yesterday, America's relationship with Israel, such that it was, will never be the same. No longer will Americans put up with funding their genocides or starting wars on their behalf, and politicians who support those things will continue to deservedly lose. I am as sad as anyone about much of the other things emboldened Democrats will try to do, but if there is one silver lining, that is it. Keep coping and seething, Mark.
Tucker Carlson is a loathsome creature. He did all he could, with his foreign followers and influencers, to sabotage the president, the GOP, and the mid-term elections. Funny how the Woke Reich reprobates say nothing about him -- their spiritual leader. As I said before, he is among the biggest traitors to our country in our history.
Sadly, this played out exactly how it had to. Donald Trump won a historic victory two years ago, then proceeded to piss away every ounce of goodwill and support among anyone who wasn’t already a diehard cult member. I am sad for the incredible opportunity we squandered, but hopeful for what can be built from the ashes of a party that needed to burn completely to the ground. After this, warmongers, neocons, and Israel-firsters (but I’m being redundant) should never be listened to again, on anything. With their noxious ideas relegated to the dustbin of history, maybe we can someday build a true populist, America First party that isn’t necessarily ideologically right or left, but willing to meet in the middle to address issues that a majority of Americans agree on. Unfortunately, Democrats are going to have to squander their own opportunity before something like this can begin to actually develop. When enough people have lost enough trust in both parties, maybe it can happen. It’ll be a long road, but this dramatic upheaval could be the first step.

I know the polling is bad already, but Republican politicians have no idea how angry swing voters, particularly younger ones, are at Trump right now. No. Idea. The midterms aren't going to be a bloodbath, they are going to be a thermonuclear holocaust.
Just bumping this up right now for no discernible reason whatsoever.
If we are going to lose the Senate anyway, the only silver lining would be Female Lindsey Graham losing ignominiously.

What the US Midterms Mean for Trump and for YOU! nitter.gq/i/broadcasts/2BlMmepdE…
I genuinely think Ron DeSantis would’ve had the wisdom and wherewithal to avoid getting us into another pointless Middle East conflict. Just another data point, along with the massive losses we are going to experience today, showing that Republicans chose the wrong candidate in the GOP primaries.
Governor DeSantis SLAMS Trump for taking us to war in Iran and gaslighting voters!
“He obviously ran saying he wasn't going to do a middle east war and they did.
So we had some of our voters who've checked out because they're like I didn't want any more middle east wars and now we're doing it And what's happened is it's kind of an open-ended conflict and it's having a direct impact on people's finances. Gas is higher. It hurts people, working class people and it's higher because of this conflict. That's just a fact. If you can't admit that to voters then you're gaslighting them and they're not going to listen to you on other things.”

I've faced plenty of vicious attacks throughout my journalism career, but nothing compares to the disgusting and sexually degrading attacks being leveled against me and my @DailyCaller colleagues for reporting honestly and fearlessly on Israeli influence and the deeply unpopular war with Iran.
But if you know anything about the Caller, you know we don't bow to bullies, pressure campaigns, or shameless attempts at cancellation.
Perhaps they're so upset because they assumed we were on their "team." They were wrong. The only team we're on is Team America.
And if they think this will change our coverage, they've badly misjudged us.
Whether you like him or not, a strong piece of primary evidence that Tucker is sincere is the fact that he even posted this at all. I can promise you he sincerely hopes he ends up being wrong, and even if he is right and his post somehow helped stop the nuclear threat from escalating, he knows full well that nobody would ever find that out, yet he would gladly take that result with no credit. In other words, he knew all the shit he would get for this, knew there was really no upside for him personally, yet he posted it anyway for the greater good.
Under pressure from Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the Trump administration may be within days of launching a nuclear strike on Iran. The target would be Pickax Mountain in central Iran, where Israeli intelligence claims the Iranian government has restarted its nuclear enrichment program. No conventional weapon in the American arsenal can penetrate 300 feet of solid granite to destroy the tunnels where enrichment is supposedly taking place. The only military option is a nuclear strike. Netanyahu has been pushing hard for one. “Bibi calls Trump about it every day,” says an informed observer.
Netanyahu is cornered and desperate. After last week’s election results, he can’t form a government unless Trump intervenes directly in Israeli politics and brokers a deal with other parties that gives Netanyahu 61 seats in the Knesset. Otherwise, he is out as prime minister and on his way to ignominy, investigations and possibly jail. Netanyahu must stay close to Trump. He needs this war.
To that end, he’s applied maximum pressure to his closest allies in the administration, including Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth and CENTCOM commander Brad Cooper. Both oppose a negotiated settlement to the war they’ve so grievously mismanaged; both are pushing to restart major combat operations. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and CIA director John Ratcliffe are also following Netanyahu’s lead, as are leaders of the Democratic Party. In a recent meeting on the subject, former president Barack Obama said he opposes the current Iran peace deal being drafted in Doha.
The rest of America’s longtime allies in the Middle East are terrified by the prospect of more war. On September 27th, Netanyahu flew secretly to Abu Dhabi to enlist the UAE in his lobbying effort for a final attack on Iran. The Emiratis refused. After eight months of conflict, Gulf economies are teetering. So are global energy and fertilizer markets. They won’t recover soon. Globally, there are a total of about 850 supertankers used to transport oil from producers to the rest of the world. In October alone, 11 of them were badly damaged in Hormuz. At this pace, a global depression is imminent. A nuclear strike would radically accelerate the destruction. Fallout from a ground explosion at Pickax Mountain would contaminate the Persian Gulf, poisoning the water supply for 100 million people.
And those are just some of the immediate consequences for the region. The rest of the world is every bit as exposed. No country other than the United States has ever used a nuclear weapon in war. Some would like to. An American nuclear attack on Iran would set a new precedent. The Russians have already told at least two other governments that an American nuclear strike on Iran would free them to use nuclear weapons against Ukraine. Pakistan and India would be tempted to do the same against each other, as would North Korea against Seoul. After the first nuclear strike, World War Three is inevitable. That war would be short and final.
We’ve been sleepwalking toward this moment for months. Since February, the administration has quietly rewritten America’s nuclear doctrine to make first use of so-called “battlefield nukes” easier and therefore more likely. No one in Washington in either party seems bothered by this. Now we’re on the brink of it.
Close observers say Trump is likely to decide by next weekend whether or not to use nuclear weapons. That would be November 7, six days from now. To his credit, he’s hesitating. At the moment, Trump is listening to his vice president, JD Vance, and to his envoy and friend Steve Witkoff, both of whom argue a deal with Iran can be made.
They’re right, though it won’t be simple. The Iranians are famously frustrating to negotiate with under any circumstances, and elements of that government have become more radical since Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and his family were killed in February. After decades of isolation, even relatively moderate Iranian leaders seem confused by how decisions are made in the West. (There is a widespread belief in Tehran, for example, that the United States government controls Israel.) But overall, people who have spoken to decision-makers in Iran say there is consensus there that more war is bad for everyone and a deal is worth making.
One group that hasn’t been consulted so far is the global population — the hundreds of millions of people who will be killed along with their children if Trump is pushed by Netanyahu into launching a nuclear strike next week. Now would be the time for them to speak up.
The number one cause of anti-black racism is the behavior of black people. Not all of them, obviously, but enough that white people are noticing, and waking up to the fact that, despite the lies we've been told all our lives, diversity may not be our greatest strength.
Black woman with a mob of kids steals over 40 juice boxes and over 260 pieces of candy from a White guys porch.
He confronts her.
She tells him “I ain’t giving you shit back”
As usual she responds in true black girl fashion. Cussing at him, threatening him and hurling racial insults.
Accuses him of “ruining the kids Halloween”
For calling out their theft.
Great example for the van load of kids.
Kudos to the White guy for calling her out.
I keep seeing all these posts about how great East Tennessee is, and they are all completely correct. It was a great place to grow up and it’s a great place to live. However, there’s a primary reason why, and if you can’t figure that out or if you know but you’re too much of a political coward to say it out loud, I wish you wouldn’t move here.

If the Republicans had managed the last two years well – reform med insurance, pull the poisons, no new wars, stop the money printing, cut the budget – these midterms would be a non brainer and the Dems would be a dying and nearly dead party. And yet, here we are.
This list is overwhelming for most, an almost impossible ask. Do what you can and hope the outage isn't too long, I guess. In a total SHTF scenario, most of the population would likely die in a year. Glad the military bases are planning, but it's incredible that the powers that be haven't done more to harden the grid considering all that's at stake. Astonishing, really.
90 DAYS WITHOUT POWER, RANKED
You are not leaving.
The roof is fine.
The grid is just gone.
No power, no water pressure, no store deliveries, for 90 days.
In each category we will go from most important to least important.
The categories are ranked too.
The roof is covered, so water comes first, then food, then everything that keeps those two usable.
90 days is what you should be prepared for. Most official lists say 3 to 14 days. Those are minimums, not plans.
WATER
Without it you have days. One gallon per person per day.
90 days is 90 gallons per person. A family of 4 needs 360.
Water filter (a gravity filter is the best buy)
Food grade barrels or water bricks
Unscented bleach to treat stored water
Your water heater tank holds 40 to 50 gallons. Know how to drain it.
Rain collection (check local rules)
FOOD
Rice and beans are the backbone.
If you cannot afford freeze dried meals, load up on rice and beans.
Rice has about 1,650 calories per pound. Dry beans about 1,570.
2,000 calories a day for 90 days is about 110 pounds per person, or four 5 gallon buckets.
Cooking oil, salt, sugar, spices
Peanut butter
Canned meat and vegetables
Powdered milk
Multivitamins
Freeze dried meals if you can afford them
Eat the fridge first, then the freezer, then the pantry.
COOKING AND FUEL
Food you cannot cook is just weight.
Camp stove plus fuel for 90 days
Extra propane or butane
Lighters and matches
One pot with a lid
Never run a stove or heater indoors without ventilation.
HEAT
Cold is the quiet killer.
Wood stove or a safe indoor rated heater
Fuel for it
Wool blankets and sleeping bags rated below your coldest night
Pick one room, close it off, and live in it
Carbon monoxide detector with batteries. Not optional.
SANITATION
This is what ends up killing people in long outages.
5 gallon bucket with a toilet seat lid
Heavy trash bags
Kitty litter or sawdust
Bleach
Soap and hand sanitizer
Toilet paper, a lot of it
MEDICAL
Prescriptions. Ask your doctor about a longer supply.
First aid kit
Pain and stomach relief
Any glasses or contacts, plus a spare pair
A printed first aid manual
LIGHT AND POWER
Headlamps and lanterns
Batteries, rotated
Solar panel with a power bank
A generator is a bonus, not a plan. Fuel goes bad and it is loud.
INFORMATION, CASH AND NEIGHBORS
Cards stop working when the power does.
Battery or crank radio
Cash in small bills, silver and gold if you have it
Paper copies of IDs and contacts
Know your neighbors. Trade skills, not just supplies.
MORALE
Books, cards, games, something for the kids.
Boring beats hungry. Bored beats panicked.
THE FIRST 72 HOURS
Fill the bathtub and every container you own before the water stops.
Fridge and freezer stay shut. A full freezer holds about 48 hours.
Charge everything while you still can.
Cook and eat what will spoil first.
Obviously we could add security and it is important but depending on where you are, what your aloud to have/own I'm not going into great detail on that.
What I can say is have a plan, talk it over with your family, everyone has a job. Don't be afraid to talk to your neighbors you know as well to make sure they are doing their part if you plan on working together.
Feel free to add anything I may have missed. Anything you may think would be of added value for others to read and share.
Book mark this, come back to it, create a check list.
To be clear, I am not a survivalist. This is not survival advice. This is only my setup that I am following with my family. If nothing else maybe just a reminder.
