@scratchspins

obsessing about heated rivalry + writing trashy fic about it sometimes. i like other stuff (figure skating + danmei) sometimes too. zero curation.

Who the actual eff is this person saying “never trust a figure skater”. You look like an actual idiot. Perhaps you should back up your lack of professionalism with some factual information. Who hurt you?

the self indulgent headcanon which may or may not end up in ch2 of the yuna pov fic is floof, the dog she got in grad school despite not being allowed to have pets in her apartment. floof was an annoying yappy dog who david managed to win over instantly

did shane have a childhood dog 😭 i just know ilya burst into tears when he saw this photo

and floof was kind of an old man dog by the time Shane was born but he was still Shane’s first/only childhood pet and loved each other and he died when Shane was 9 and it was a learning moment for everyone idk. but floof to me is Real and he was Yuna’s

something also I think about in this AU is the idea that stress can help trigger presentation in teens and in my head ilya was holding off his first ever alpha rut through his mother’s funeral bc y’know

guillaume can hate gabriella all he wants but he will never scape the fact that she is the only partner he'll ever have that actually matches his style. Not only that, but there was a deep connection between them, he will never get that again.

i know i'm a lazy writer for overusing italics but idk i've accepted they're key to how the prose flows in my brain + when i read it aloud and i'm nothing if not committed to poor choices
jerrycumfumble@eternalbrookOct 24
I am advising fic writers as kindly as possible to step away from the italics

unfortunately the Evil Team really does have a stunning FD (last season’s bored me) but everything makes me miss Gabi’s interpretation abilities bc Gui is really staying in that same genre she was so damn good at selling

russian pairs skating to anything but warhorses this season are dumb as hell. at least try to remind us what we were missing with some classy old school vibes idk.
