It was absolutely misleading. If a COVID fever persists beyond 7 days a chest CT scan is a must to decipher the extent of infection so that further medication can be prescribed.
Indian Radiological and Imaging Association say statement given by AIIMS dir Dr Randeep Guleria is misleading and creates confusion. His warning that one CT scan is equal to 300-400 X Rays and CT scans cause cancer is outdated and wrong. 😐

A deep personal loss. Mr KJ Devasia, vice principal of St Xavier's School, Delhi, passed away when his hospital in North Delhi ran out of oxygen this evening. He was a rock for the school and for my 1985 batch and x85 Trust--our work was not possible without his support. #RiP
How is our current situation any different from our freedom struggle, we the unfortunate facing the brunt of our countrymen. We need a people's movement for the sake of our fellow citizen who are dying in-vain. I don't know how to deal with the pain and helplessness.
