"Meritocracy" is when you import a highly selected, pathologically striver-ist foreign upper-middle class from a massive 3 billion population pool who haven't invented anything important in centuries, airdrop them into a ready-made developed bourgeois society not of their own making, and replace the ethnicity that built the very institutions they're swarming.
Asian-Americans in Harvard’s Incoming Class More Than Double, to 43.2 Percent
Newly released data on the Harvard College class of 2030 say the class is 43.2 percent Asian-American, a record high and more than double the level when Students for Fair Admissions first sued Harvard alleging racial discrimination in admissions.
The U.S. Supreme Court ruled in 2023 that Harvard was unlawfully using race as a factor in admissions. Since then, the numbers of Hispanic and black students in the incoming Harvard classes have dipped, while the numbers of Asian-Americans have soared.
The reviewer is not wrong, but most Chinese games are absolute garbage.

Reading the replies and quotes to this, it's abundantly clear it's open season for hating on whites all over the world, even in Japan. I will continue to recognize that Japan idealization (often to the point of idolization) by whites impressed with anime, games, and cherrypicked Tokyo tourist photos is tantamount to ethnic cuckoldry.
Yes they're a great ally (after being utterly conquered and brought to heel in a world war), yes their cultural exports and industriousness are admirable, yes their society is a model of high-trust homogeneity, BUT! They are still some of the most insular people on earth who generally seem to view Western culture as a style or plaything to appropriate.

Birth control also mattered, but I don’t think it explains this: guys who turned 18 in 1965 on had sharply worse long-term life outcomes than guys who turned 18 before then; the 1965 Griswold decision only loosened two extremely atypical & largely unenforced state laws (CT & MA) & it doesn’t seem like birth control usage sharply changed in 1965. Likewise we don’t see clear changes in TFR in 1965, but do see extreme increases in *divorce*—far larger than changes in *marriage* around then. What the data seems to me to show is that suddenly women started sharply crowding young men out of higher education (relative to prior trends), & young & single women started suddenly crowding young men out of entry-level jobs, which led male-female income gaps to suddenly shrink among young/single people, which among other things broke family formation. I think that fits the data below *far more directly* than the pill, & you can see its malign effects differently than the pill’s (eg it’s clear to me why this effect would crowd young men out of work & school & increase their later-life deaths-of-despair & increase divorces more immediately than marriages or fertility, but it’s unclear to me why the pill would). The issue is, you want to go to the gym with your labia hanging out, then make a TikTok video all pissed that men are looking at your labia, then demand that man be canceled.
So go to the gym, work out half naked and shut the fuck up when you get the male attention you clearly want.
