Our multidisciplinary team don't just support our students - they extend their knowledge to organisations, professionals, families and disabled young people across the country.
We are proud to have trained over 275 organisations, 456 individuals, and 1,752 disabled children and young adults in the community.
We offer a range of training courses, including our PGDip MQ MSI, training the next generation of Qualified Teachers of Multi-Sensory Impairment (MSI).
We also deliver clinical therapeutic assessment and intervention in the community, as well as leisure activities such as holiday clubs, swimming, cycling and fitness.

We were delighted to welcome local MP @ThomasMorrison to Seashell Trust this week following a letter from our Student Governor Representative, Stevie, about the challenges disabled people face when using public transport.
Alongside fellow Royal College Manchester Student Ambassadors Laneyle and Kaitlin, Stevie spoke directly with Tom about limited wheelchair spaces on buses, accessibility issues at Handforth Station and the need for safer, more accessible routes around Stockport.
We are incredibly proud of our students for sharing their experiences and championing greater independence and accessibility for disabled people in our community.
