There is almost no path to living a life most people aren't able to, without for a period of time having to live a life most people aren't willing to.

Pretty bleak time for us Jews.
Want to thank all the non-Jews, some friends, some of whom I don’t know at all, who have reached out to check on me, share their sadness, and express their support.
Means a lot.

Some people are only comfortable when they’re uncomfortable.
They have to be constantly growing and improving or they’re not satisfied.
Know anyone like this?
Yup - they’re probably highly successful.

The notion that work from home is more productive than office was so asinine that it’ll serve for years as an example of how the masses delude themselves to further a convenient narrative.
Yes, yes, come at me.
Thank you for the wealth of knowledge you’ve provided me through your course @BruceREFM & @P_Linneman! I’m very grateful for the amazing and powerful foundation I’ve been provided as someone who is just breaking into the CRE industry.

It’s painful to see someone who knows nearly nothing about multifamily try and wholesale a deal on social media.
$145M + 3% fee!?
Have any of these people that know little about real estate closed a deal?
We’ve helped a few clients wholesale deals over the years.
If you ever get a good deal under contract that you want to wholesale, leverage broker relationships. They know the players who can close, especially in today’s market.
Also, don’t get caught as the Seller with a wholesaler running around with your deal, or even worse your deal getting wholesaled!

Congratulations brother! The future is bright. @BradyASheffield

One of the best people you’ll ever get a chance to meet, and a hell of a coach! Truly inspirational to watch how you’ve built Millbrook School on and off the court. Very grateful to have gotten a chance to grow under @billy_thom for my two years at Millbrook. Congrats, Coach!
