🚨 | FERRARI MANAGEMENT'S GROWING FRUSTRATION!
Ferrari’s leadership is reportedly particularly frustrated by the damage the Hamilton-Leclerc rivalry has caused to the team’s image.
If John Elkann also grows frustrated, questions could arise over how much support Hamilton’s position would retain within Ferrari, especially if he continues his dispute with Leclerc.

"Definitely the most special thing ever, and, you kind of expected, because I've always wanted to be a young dad, and obviously, with Alex, we felt like it was the right time, it's a very, very special moment. And definitely, yeah, a week I'll forever remember for all the positive reasons, then, of course, there's been other things going on as well, but for me this week was all about Bianca, and it’s been incredible."

🔴 The meeting between Charles, Fred and Lewis lasted more than an hour. The team principal reiterated that the brand is bigger than both of them. No further battles will be tolerated if they put the team’s result at risk. Ferrari was not happy with Lewis’ constant controversy.
Words (from LH) that came after his heated reaction immediately after the race and his social media post ("We have to be honest"), which Leclerc somehow accepted more readily than Ferrari did. The team was irritated by the tone, but above all by Lewis's insistence.
Vasseur repeated the same message to both of them: Ferrari is bigger than any driver. What happened in Mexico (and, we would add, all the controversy that followed) was an enormous lack of respect towards everyone working in Maranello. And towards the sponsors, which is no minor detail.
Will this be enough to restore peace? We have our doubts. Hamilton, spotted in the paddock this morning, did not look particularly convinced by the outcome of the meeting. After all, his demands, to be recognised as the team's leader and, consequently, the number 1 driver, are unlikely to be heard.
This is also due to contractual reasons, as Vasseur himself explained after Monza: "We chose to have two equal drivers," the team principal said back in September. "It's written into their contracts. Lewis has known that ever since he signed."

Matteo Bobbi : « Hamilton isn't just trying to beat Leclerc on track; he also seems intent on targeting him off track. It's become personal at this point. If you're still this angry 5 days later, it means that the rivalry with your teammate goes far beyond what happened during the race. »

📰: Lewis Hamilton has been warned that his public criticism and growing tension with Charles Leclerc could put his Ferrari position under pressure. The article argues that Ferrari has historically shown little tolerance for drivers placing themselves above the team, citing Alain Prost’s 1991 sacking and its past fallouts with Michael Schumacher and Fernando Alonso. With Leclerc established at Maranello until 2030, Hamilton’s approach is portrayed as a risky gamble. No decision to sack Hamilton has been reported.

Carlos Sainz has responded to Lewis Hamilton’s claims that Charles Leclerc races his teammates harder than other drivers.
he was for sure lurking that twitter tag all week im actually in tears bro
🚨| Lewis Hamilton: "[Charles Leclerc] been here a long time. He's at eight years. Nine wins in the team. He's very much embedded within the team, and I knew that it would always be a challenge."
"I've always respected that, and I've approached the team. I've really worked hard to build a good relationship with Charles and bridge the gap and make sure that we're harmonious and we work hard together. Always try to be respectful."
"Naturally, it's not so easy having someone like me come into a team because I'm very outspoken, and I push and push and push and push for so many changes."

Dunno what’s eating at him more. That Charles won Silverstone in equal machinery, or only being 14 points ahead despite Charles having 2 more dnfs, or how Charles wiped the floor with him last year that he ended up closer in points to Albon in Williams than his own teammate

Hamilton was asked whether he feels Leclerc races him more aggressively than other drivers, with the question referencing the Monegasque's approach when battling Max Verstappen in Singapore.
Lewis : « Yes. »
When pressed to elaborate, Hamilton refused to go into further detail:
LH: « I can't say more. If you look at the teammates, it's the same with Sebastian. It's the same with Carlos.
He's been here a long time. He's at eight years. Nine wins in the team. He's very much embedded within the team, and I knew that it would always be a challenge. hes definitely on twitter dot com reading up on his larper ass cult’s takes because aint no fucking way 😭😭😭😭
Do you feel like Leclerc fights harder against you than he does against the other drivers?
Lewis: « Yes. You can see what you can see. In Singapore, he was all the way on the inside at the start. He could have taken the lead there and won the race, but he backed out. That’s definitely different. But if you look at his previous teammates, the same applied to Sebastian and Carlos. »
