No reply from support and no reply from refund even after 20 days. So just tell how to delete my grok account and also my x account ? I see no option in grok and in x , i only see option to deactivate . I want to permanently delete . I want no connection with any x products.
I am a supergrok user from july with annual sub ,today i was logged out and when i logged in it says buy supergrok and account says created today with empty data.i have the stripe invoice.also i mailed [email protected].
