The process will be as follows: 1. If you are unable to attend the December 5 show, you may opt for a refund. But if you still wish to attend, you may keep your ticket for relocation to December 5. 2. Once the refund period ends, we will immediately begin assigning seats to all ticket holders who chose to keep their tickets. 3. Your relocated seat will remain within the same ticket tier as your original ticket. For example, if you purchased Box Premium, you will still be assigned a Box Premium seat. 4. If your original section and row are still available, we will prioritize assigning you there. If not, we will assign you to the best available seat within the same tier. Rest assured that no one will be placed in seats outside the original show layout and seating plan. *We also want to assure everyone that all December 6 ticket holders who choose to attend on December 5 can be accommodated and will have their own designated seats. No one will be asked to sit on stairs, be placed in a SRO area, or share a seat with another person. Everyone will have their own seat on show day. 5. As for the exact section, row, and seat number, we cannot confirm these yet because seat assignments will be finalized after the refund period. These details will be provided to you during the ticket exchange period. 6. Please note that the ticket exchange is simply the process of exchanging your ticket for the December 5 show.
