oversleeping has always been my quietest cry for help. the moment i start sleeping through entire days, just know something inside me is carrying more than it can explain out loud.
I think the hardest part of adulting is that you have to keep going, no matter what you’re dealing with, how you feel or what life throws at you. Even on the days when you have nothing left to give, life goes on and somehow, you have to keep up.
