Had a terrible experience with Luftansa- @lufthansa travelling from Mumbai to Bologne and stop over in Munich. LH765 march 15th. My flight got delayed and was never informed about the delay.
Later my connecting flight was never rebooked and after running at the airport of Munich got another connecting from Munich to Rome and Rome to bologna.
No one helped with a boarding pass and made me run at the airport. The staff was not at all helpful. @lufthansa
