Five apps launched in the last year with Claude, but now I spend all my days re-litigating, fixing errors, arguing, yelling even with agents who refuse to follow instructions. It peaked and is now crashing and unmanageable. Time to switch to @bot

After over two decades building brands, working with startups, doing turnarounds and strategy work, I’m exiting my agency and looking for the next thing. I’ve been heavy in AI dev for 18 months. See my work at enter360.com. Portfolio PDF link in first comment. DM me.

When you wake up on day 7 and realize you hit your Claude’s weekly limit and are so relieved to have a break from agents.

I’m one of the first on the kill list when AI takes over. 😆 Two decades of managing creative teams, development teams, film crews. Now 1.5 years managing teams of agents. It’s very different and the methods are changing every day. Patience gets thin and personalities are real.

1/ Last year I ran an experiment on myself. I've led product teams and managed app builds. But I'm not a coder. I wanted to know one thing: could a non-technical product leader use AI to build a real, sellable app solo? Here's what happened.

6/ There's a myth that technology is boring. Games, VR, the apps people love, it's all tech. Story is what makes it come alive. That's been my method my whole career. This just reminded me how important it is, and how much fun.

7/ I've got a few more product and AI projects in the queue. If your team is looking for creative or product leadership, my door is open. The app, if you're curious: calltuneai.com

4/ Where it is now: - A sound intelligence system (CSI), now licensable as an API - A mobile app with an AI agent named Brain - A web app with subscriptions A non-coder shipped all of that solo, with AI, in about a year.

5/ But the part that made it work wasn't the tech. I built a whole story world first. Characters, lore, how the AI behaves. Then let the story drive every product decision. Now it's how I market it too.

Finally. Storytelling without gatekeepers. Distribution walls are coming down, but budget constraints were real. Now we can make 90 minute films for $2500 in credits and a bit of time. $100M? I'll make a whole catalog.
Before this year ends, Grok Imagine will make a full-length movie of The Odyssey that is historically accurate and true to the art of Homer
