Shibari Study Kinktober Day 15 Tongue-tied
This was the first and last time we experimented with mouth rope. Krhys actually liked it, but the marks it left across her cheeks lasted for a few days and made makeup for her modeling gigs a challenge.

Shibari Study Kinktober Day 17 Freestyle
Sometimes freestyle starts with a limitation. Krhys had another modeling gig coming up, so we wanted to keep the rope marks to a minimum. A Chinese robe allowed leaving her arms and legs untouched.

Shibari Study Kinktober Day 18 Best Foot Forward
We tend to go to one extreme or the other. Krhys is usually either in a floor tie or completely off the ground, so partial suspensions like this are actually pretty rare for us.

Shibari Study Kinktober Day 14 Rope High
There are moments when I can see exactly where Krhys has gone, and this is one of the clearest examples I’ve ever captured.

This was the first time Krhys and I ever worked together, long before we knew what our rope dynamic would eventually become.
That first session also gave us our first magazine cover together,

Not all of our ties are meant to restrain. This was the first time we stepped away from that and created something purely decorative.

Shibari Study Kinktober Day 11 Keep It Simple
Sometimes it really is that simple. A piece of bamboo, some rope, and let the rest happen naturally. This is still one of Krhys’ favorite images we’ve created.

Shibari Study Kinktober Day 10 Bottom Led
Sometimes the direction starts with the person on the other side of the rope. This came from a cultural set we created around her Chinese heritage, bringing something personal to her into our practice.
