Btw the only reason In-N-Out Burger does brief pop-up events once every few years in Japan and other countries is to maintain their trademark rights in those markets, rather than with the intention of actually operating permanent restaurants there.

In 5 years I think we'll enter an era in Japan's email etiquette, where it's more polite to write with slight grammatical mistakes than with no mistakes, because no mistakes will make it seem like you used AI.

One of the best ways to determine if a competitor's design/product is worth taking inspiration from is to peek at their analytics and experimentation stack.
If they aren't testing their ideas, they're not worth taking inspiration from.
