Technology That Sets the Standard.
The Gun™ is not just about getting shots up. It is about making every rep smarter.
Never end a workout on attempts. End it on MAKES.
TJ Otzelberger’s Cool Down Shooting Drill is simple: five spots and 10 makes at each.
Fifty makes to finish the workout.
The rules are simple: Make 3 shots in a row at one spot before moving to the next.
Your score = Total spots completed before time runs out.
Send this to a teammate and see who gets the higher score after practice today!
Your shooting workout should look like basketball.
8 shots. 5 areas. Game-like actions and finishes built into every rep.
Save Cyclone Shooting from @CycloneMBB head coach TJ Otzelberger for your next workout.

DCA guards Eli Perez and Xander Mattingly having some shooting competitions on the Warriors' new Gun this afternoon. The pair took hundreds of 3s and shot well over 60%. #36.9 + 1

Got some shots up today on the school shooting machine, shot 50% and got a great workout in! Here’s a short video! #hardwork #basketball #wbb #recruiting
Love the challenging variable between each shot!
Shooting through fatigue/having confidence in my shot have been a few of my weaknesses on the basketball court for a while now, so now I am deciding to make the WEAKNESS a FOCUS. Grateful to get machine work in before game day @peggyz47. Excited to be on the court this weekend.
Your players are going to LOVE the 14X Smart Pass!
Best gift other the year by @BraedanHanson33!

“Our girls have kind of bought into this idea… and they really appreciate that.” 🏀
“I use The Gun™ every day.” — @Dwhite921
From ninth grade to the NBA, The Gun™ has stayed part of Derrick White’s routine. Now he’s bringing those reps home.
As the players come off the pindown, Decision Mode™ presents one of three reads:
1. Attack the flyby
2. Get into the paint for a floater
3. Catch and shoot.
The player doesn’t know which shot is coming. They must recognize the read and execute it under game-like conditions.
