@Matalan really unhappy you won’t allow a return 21 days after I received it I’ve been very seriously unwell after order placed and have a doctors sick note. Couldn’t go to store or post office 14 days return is just too short. Some goodwill understanding would be nice now pls!
@Matalan I don’t expect a decent reply as you didn’t take it seriously when I previously received a coat with a sharp security pin in it without the proactive cap that caused injury. Not good Matalan!
