Your main objective as a coach is to create competency in your player. Competence in skill translates into confidence in their ability to contribute to the team.

INSTILLING THE INTANGIBLES Character Counts- Character wins! Low-character, high-maintenance players can deplete a team. Our job as coaches is to find players that love football. Our job is to continue to coach positive character traits in our players.

To be in the College Football Hall of Fame, a coach must have won at least 60% of his games. Mike Leach won 59.6%. RT if you think Mike Leach should still be included in the College Football Hall of Fame

I noticed a post today by one of the accounts I follow on Instagram about Pouono Park; the historical "Tuku Fonua Ki Langi", when Tupou I gave Tonga to God, the memorial obelisk HM Tupou IV installed in 1994 and the significance of the 1839 Code of Laws. facebook.com/100003961333568… – at Auckland, New Zealand
