@RoyalMail Delivery was scheduled today for a pickup and I've just got an email saying you couldn't pick it up as item wasn't available. Looking on my door camera I can see the postman came looked around the door and then left straightaway? No knock, no ring - nothing? How come?

@Bodenclothing what have you done to your branding? I thought you were doing well or has someone taken you over? My wife bought loads of things from you over the years (as well as for me + our toddlers) and now your branding has alienated her - why alienate your key customer?

@BritishGasHelp Contacted you with a leaking boiler that now isn't working & serviced by you 6 month ago. I had a dyno engineer booked but needed to be changed to a boiler repair. Was told this was done and that confirmation would come later.

I actually copied and pasted what was said to a text files so I had a record. I will be very disappointed if you fail to provide a boiler repair when I have been told twice that one would be booked on the 23rd.

@tweethue how can I automate all lights off bar 1? I have 25 lights and want to keep my sons nightlight on. I have a routine which turns all off then a minute later it turns just it back on. I was wondering if I have them turn off on a fade for 3 mins say

then the next minute set the nightlight back to its scene will it still go off or will that reset it to stay on? The other option is to set up multiple off routines for all lights but that is just annoying and I have to remember to add new lights etc? Can you help? Thanks
