Bitch what are you doing, we have a Labour government.
Michigan's Democratic candidate for Senate Abdul El-Sayed confronted @jamesmatthewsky, telling him he wouldn't answer his questions as he wants "zero" votes in the UK. Watch the heated exchange between the two. Watch our live coverage of the US midterms➡️ trib.al/BikRSb2

“There is a divide between the news and some guys online. Who is telling the truth?”
There seems to be a big gap arising between how the @BBCWorld is reporting the US elections - which hasn’t changed all day and heavily tips the Democrats; and various social media which is reporting many surprise wins for the Republicans. All can change either way but this is quite a contrast.

Momentum acting like they in any way helped with where Labour’s at now and are involved in where it’s going.
Burnham has laid out a bold vision for Britain. Now, we must turn his vision into action. Socialists are already organising across our movement. But we need you. It’s time for a socialist Labour Party ready to deliver change. Join Labour. Join Momentum mtm.is/join

They brought in ex-Tory leadership hopeful Jenrick to help professionalise, and instead he ended up filming himself chasing people with clear mental health issues around townsquares for shoplifting for Tiktok.
As I predicted, Reform couldn't professionalise, peaked too soon, and once it's polling 3rd for long enough, a lot of Conservative-Reform switchers are going to want to come back and back the stronger horse, leading to a death spiral for Reform.

Narrator: They lost their party to a parasitic mob, and are now tanking in the polls.
The replies to this should be an eye opener for the Greens. If they don't act now, they'll lose their party to a parasitic mob.

People people, please, calm down. They are BOTH weirdos.
Hi Piers, how is Polanski a ‘weirdo’ but not the makeup-caked, bouffant-haired, perma-fake-tanned, ranting, raving, shark-obsessed, toilet-flush-obsessed, nonstop lying, ex Epstein pal, perving-on-his-daughter Donald Trump? How come you never call Trump a ‘weirdo’?

The Tiktok Party is getting out Tiktok’d and it’s got them rattled.
'Is that a really good use of his time?' 'Raising money for a cancer charity?' The Green Party's @floschechter brands Andy Burnham going on Gogglebox as 'ridiculous'.

The amazing strategy of “being someone that seems alright and who doesn’t moan about everything being shit all the time” paying off.
Significant moment. Based on the latest aggregate of the polls, Labour is now on course for an overall majority.

This is the whole point of the AI will ‘hack and destroy everything’ conversations. OpenAI and Anthropic breeze their revenue goals when every company on Earth needs them for security from the things they built.
This calls the viability of the entire internet into question. If simply using any online software requires paying enormous taxes to Anthropic and OpenAI in the form of huge cyber bills, will it still be worth it to use all the software we use now?

A mercy killing at this point, honestly. The year after another studio made Baldur’s Gate 3 to enormous acclaim, their entry in the next-best PC RPG franchise was a dumb GoW clone. Died making everything except what their audience wanted.

All those voters in May voting not on local issues, but to instead give Starmer a kicking, was so frustrating. You were literally putting the entire regeneration of your town centre at risk. Congratulations. My fears about a Green administration have come to pass.
What an absolute disaster

The Canary and Stats For Lefties both retired on the same day, days after a criminal investigation into Your Party, polling at 0%. RIP Corbynism. You died in 2019 but some of you kept fighting like the last Japanese soldier in the forest for 7 more years.

The Canary will be closed for the foreseeable future. As of today (Monday 19 October), the Canary will be closed indefinitely. After multiple attacks this year, from Lloyds debanking us to former employees spreading malicious lies on social media, the situation has become unsustainable, both financially and operationally. After 11 years, we take this action with deep sadness and regret. The extent of the lies, defamation, and harassment by ex-staff - coupled with the constant attacks by the state and those who’d see us destroyed - has become too much. However, it is not over. This week, we will publish what really happened at the Canary and push back against the vicious campaign against our team and us. We may be down, but we’re not out yet.

Again, when economic indicators were slowly improving despite US tarriff chaos and middle east conflict during Reeves as Chancellor, how did these premium outlets not recognise it? How are they surprised? It was clear we were moving in the right direction.
Optimism for government finances suggests we may want to consider at least partially correcting our assessment of the former chancellor thetimes.com/uk/politics/art…

Not even really a partisan politics question. More an expertise one. These people are happy to embarass themselves and make the country less educated. For some political points? Or would they argue they genuinely couldn’t see this? In which case, are they qualified to report it?
