The N-Terminal Domain of the AR (androgen receptor) contains polyglutamine repeats, known as the CAG polymorphism.
There is an inverse relationship between the length of these CAG repeats and AR transactivation.
Shorter CAG repeat chains directly correlate with enhanced transactivational capacity + higher AR sensitivity.
You cannot change your CAG repeats.
Athletes with naturally short CAG chains are genetic hyper-responders to anabolics.
Those with longer chains will require higher relative doses to achieve the same transcriptional rate for muscle growth.
