Official Resignation from Animal Hospital: Anomaly (should’ve made this a couple of days ago) As of today, I am officially resigning from my position as a moderator for AHA. This was not an easy decision, as I genuinely loved this community and the people I worked alongside. Unfortunately, recent events have left me feeling disrespected and unheard. While hospitalized, I was repeatedly questioned about my availability despite explaining that my medical situation was unpredictable. What many don’t know is that I actually went into cardiac arrest during one of my procedures. I never wanted my medical situation, what happened, or how it happened to become anyone else’s business. I believe I deserve privacy without having to explain every detail of a life-threatening experience just to justify missing an unpaid volunteer shift. It genuinely makes me wonder what would have happened if I simply stopped responding or didn’t show up because of my medical emergency. Alongside this, the lack of communication and transparency regarding ongoing controversies within the game has been disappointing. Although I received an apology, I cannot ignore how this situation made me feel. I appreciate everyone who supported me, and I genuinely wish the community the best. My health, privacy, and well-being will always come before a volunteer position.
