Eliot Rodriguez has demanded that Miami-Dads Secretary of Elections Alina Garcia recuse herself in the Maria Salazar recount. She’s also in charge of counting the votes in the Mario Diaz-Balart/Nicole Locklin race.
She’s now been caught on audio saying the SOE has the power to count some votes but not others, while referring dismissively to the local Black neighborhoods. Her son-in-law works for Maria Salazar. Daughter seems to also.
She has also said Salazar is the winner “with or without the recount.” Miami-Dade is also where a tech glitch stripped about 3,000 votes from Locklin. Good IG here from m1aceser:

Report from Qantara, where Israeli forces are continuing demolitions of civilian homes and infrastructure.
On Wednesday a man documenting the destruction was murdered by an Israeli drone strike.

Very interesting thread from Ellie Mae O’Hagan on B/sky about trying to raise the alarm about Brand years ago when he started getting involved in left wing politics (worth reading the whole thing)

This is the type of shit that happens countless times a day and goes unreported outside the WB. Then, when the village is buried under a mountain of waste and residents are forced to burn it, settlers will accuse them of air pollution and occupation will crack down even harder.
Israeli occupation forces confiscated a tractor used for waste collection in the village of Al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah, and handed it over to settlers.
Under the protection of Israeli forces, the settlers dumped the waste the tractor was carrying at the entrance of Al-Mughayyir Boys’ School, in yet another attack on Palestinian property and village facilities.

I admit that I completely broke down today. I cried uncontrollably. I couldn’t hold myself together after witnessing what I saw with my own eyes.
Today, we went to film a journalistic report inside the displacement tents along the seashore. I swear, what we witnessed was beyond what any human being should have to endure.
I saw men crying bitterly. Men I had never seen cry when they lost their children or when their homes were destroyed. Today, I saw them crying because they were powerless to do the simplest thing: protect their children from the water and the cold.
We spoke to families who told us they had spent the entire night carrying their children in their arms after floodwater covered the floors of their tents and soaked their mattresses. They couldn’t find a single dry place to put their children. They couldn’t even give them a few hours of sleep.
I saw children no older than five, without proper clothes to protect them from the cold, without heating, and without a dry place to sleep. Children shivering inside tents that cannot keep out the rain, protect them from the wind, or provide even the most basic sense of safety.
What more must happen for this world to act? How much more suffering must people endure before someone remembers that they are human beings?
I am sick of this world. I am sick of its hypocrisy and empty slogans. To hell with a world that talks endlessly about human rights while leaving children to drown inside their tents. To hell with everyone who has witnessed this suffering and chosen silence, and to hell with the governments and institutions that have the power to act but continue to turn their backs on us.

The way a serious news organization handles this is by firing the reporter and every editor, manager, etc. who had a hand in producing this video. Then it does some serious soul-searching about how such an embarrassing, racist, conspicuous lie was allowed to get published at all.
Replying to @A_Colker @SulkinMaya
She made a mistake. She corrected it. Anyone who watched the video though would know his speech was in English because it was clipped. Meanwhile, the dog pile was trying to cancel Maya, not the other way around.

This is domestic violence. Destruction of property is also domestic violence. It's intimidation & violent assertion of control over a victim. It can also be, as appears in this case, a means of destroying the victim's independence & ability to escape. He's going to kill her.

This is the worst morning ever. No one in Gaza City slept last night. The rain completely flooded the tents, soaking mattresses and destroying families' belongings. We are underwater.
Thousands of families have been trying for hours to save what little they have left, with nowhere dry to go.

Stephen Miller is Trump’s best spokesperson—a generational talent as a communicator and not at all off-putting.
I’d strongly advise the administration to put him on every show and podcast, every day, so that Americans are continually reminded of everything Trump is doing.

If you live in a country that has a 0.6% conviction rate for rape and frequently find yourself getting angry at false accusations, you're not upset about false accusations, you're upset that rape isn't 100% fully legal and angry that a single man is ever jailed for it.

On hearing that Arabic words used in English, the admiral was crimson with rage, he left carrying a cotton, alcohol and coffee shipment in a magazine, travelled by caravan through a desert oasis, where he bought saffron, sugar, syrup, dates, lemons, oranges, and a jar of amber, before consulting an algebra book, checking his almanac, admiring the zenith, and enjoying a leisurely afternoon of zero-stress relaxation on a sofa, surrounded by crimson cushions, with a cup of mocha in his hand.
