Police verifies a person’s name, address etc by visiting his home before giving clearance for the passport to be issued. Once he has a passport no further enquiry is justified except to check that the passport is not fake.

Why should a string of people, perhaps most of them contractors, spend several lakhs of rupees on large sized advertisements and paid articles in the newspaper to wish Mr Anil Gaikwad, Managing Director of @MSRDC_official !!!!! Isn't this a proof of the most blatant and highest corruption in MSRDC which gives horrible roads, highways of sickening road engineering? By the way, Gaikwad is the only non-IAS head ever of MSRDC (who put him there?) He is the govt servant of we, the people. Will any authority - CBI, Income Tax, ED raid his home, with this as ample proof? Civilized societies prioritize saving human lives, maximizing their happiness, and minimizing their fears. Many dog owners spend time and money to train, vaccinate, and neuter their pets to live responsibly in their societies.
On the other hand, the so-called "dog lovers" of India only want to feed and pet the strays without being responsible for the trauma, deaths, and accidents on Indian streets they cause. They must give up the selfishness of their low-touch attachment and oxytocin hits to prevent such unfortunate incidents and let municipalities do their job of animal control.

🇺🇸 New York restricts floating digital billboards in its waters.
🇫🇷 France prohibits illuminated advertising at sea.
Why? Light pollution, disturbance to marine life and visual pollution.

निचली अदालत ने अमन कश्यप, देविंदर कुमार, प्रदीप राय, आशीष उर्फ गोली और अरुण कुमार को सात साल की सजा सुनाई थी जिसे हाई कोर्ट ने बरकरार रखा है.
अदालत का कहना है कि आरोपी सिर्फ भीड़ में मौजूद नहीं थे, बल्कि वे हथियारबंद भीड़ में सबसे आगे थे और उन्होंने दूसरों को मोनिश पर हमला करने के लिए उकसाया था.

Any decent journalist worth their salt will go to jail to protect a source. It’s the basis of public interest investigative journalism. I don’t even remember how many Officials Secret Cases I have had filed against me in The Statesman, Indian Express & Hindustan Times. @Rajyasree will remember when they asked us to reveal the “source” of a story in the fraud in the Olympics & that was my response “jail not revealing the source” I can’t imagine that the Modi govt is trying to destroy the fourth pillar & the free press with this dictatorial proposed litigation
