October was rekt. Here's how it went for me. Started the month mega tilted after closing my solana:C1mBfBoDkwWfd6uTFZp62ARHLjeVp3bDpCDMfMZtPngE position at a $1k loss, only to see it bounce exactly at the lower end of my range. My TA was right, but my emotions got the best of me. Then came solana:7VertkgF9KLhxxJXHX6uaWuoYZTP9LdGj2bWmVXVpump during my Singapore trip. Almost recovered my losses until I lost another $2.5k on solana:83kL2BZHuS88hRkQQTkUWGVkw7iGKhP5aoT8A6TVpump. That's when all hell broke loose. Revenge trading + bad position sizing. Stopped LPing for almost 2 weeks to reset my psychology. Thankfully, I found my strat again during the final days of October and started slowly grinding back. Losses are part of the journey. Why have I been so quiet lately? Been getting absolutely cooked by the market these past 2 weeks. 💀 Down around 15 SOL from one loss after another. Not gonna lie, the market has been humbling me. 💀 I keep missing pumps that should've been my exit signals, and it's a painful reminder that knowing when to take profit is just as important as finding a good entry. But it's a new month, so time for a reset. Going into November, I'll be more cautious, more selective, and extra careful with my plays. Less greed. Less losses. A PROFIT IS A PROFIT. 💯 I'll also be leaning more toward degen-style quick in-and-out plays. From what I've seen, they seem to work better in this kind of market. Not every token needs a play, and not every opportunity is worth taking. Sometimes, sitting on the sidelines is the best position. More focus on capital preservation, discipline, and knowing when to walk away. Still, God is good. 🙏 Sometimes we lose, sometimes we win. Ended my October with a banger! But yeah, this month was a rough one. September was so easy, but October was so hard that I had to completely change my strategies just to win. The first two weeks felt hopeless for me. I couldn't find a good strategy that worked. A boring market is my ultimate weakness, and I've learned so many things this month. But if there's one thing I can share, it's that when there's a runner, make sure to participate and extract as much as you can from it, because you never know when the next coin with crazy volume will come around.
