Ephesians 6:17 KJV
And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
My discernment is on point; there is no denying that. I don't worry about anything anymore; my life has been through many tests. No Witch or Warlock can stand against me. YAH is with me and goes before me. Weapons form but they won't prosper.
(Romans 16:20 KJV)
And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.
Romans 15:1 KJV
We then that are strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves.”
Romans 13:8 (KJV)
“Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.”
You don’t have to figure everything out all at once. You’re allowed to pause. You’re allowed to feel tired. You’re allowed to admit that things are hard without feeling like you have to be strong every second.
“Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.
James 1:12 KJV
“Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.
Romans 12:19 KJV

Remember, grace is a gift, not a wage. When you try to earn it, you miss the whole point.
“Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

I promise you, you NEVER truly know what someone is going through or how long they’ve been fighting battles nobody else knows about.
Sometimes it takes the right time, the right person, or even the right environment for someone to begin healing.
But understand something. Healing is not a one-time event. It’s a continuous journey. Sometimes it’s a daily decision to keep living, keep fighting, and keep believing that life is worth living despite everything trying to convince you otherwise.
Sometimes healing happens in isolation. Other times, it happens through the love, support, and encouragement of others. And the truth is, healing was never meant to be something you always have to navigate alone.
There is strength in seeking help. There is courage in allowing others to support you. Sometimes simply getting out of bed, reaching out to someone, or making it through another difficult day is progress worth acknowledging.
However, not everyone genuinely wants to see you healed, and not everyone is willing or equipped to help you through that process.
That’s why you have to be intentional about who you allow into your life and trust that the Most High YAH will place the right people in your path at the right time.
But above all else, PLEASE NEVER GIVE UP!
As long as you have breath in your body, you still have an opportunity to heal. You still have an opportunity to overcome whatever you’ve been going through.
Whether it’s been a day, a week, a month, a year, a decade, or even several decades, your healing is still possible.
Trust that the Most High YAH has not forgotten about you, nor will He ever forget about you.
But remember, you also have a role in your own healing. And that doesn’t mean you have to figure everything out, carry every burden alone, or even have the strength to make significant changes right now.
Sometimes the effort is simply choosing not to give up. Sometimes it’s asking for help. Sometimes it’s allowing yourself to receive the very support you’ve spent so long giving to everybody else.
Take the steps you can, no matter how small. Give yourself grace throughout the process. Healing isn’t always linear, and progress doesn’t always look the way we expect it to.
Do what you can, trust YAH with what you cannot control, and never stop believing that better days are possible.
