During a time when a lot of people have come to know about loneliness, fear and uncertainty @Grafill invited 15 illustrators to interpret the words "Isolation" and "Reality Escape", which turned into an anthology. This is my contribution to the collection 🙏🏼

Freelancing has it's pros and cons but one thing I feel that isn't spoken about enough is how insanely lonely it can feel. The pandemic of course didn't help this but you jump from project to project never really being part of a permanent team. D2C projects are even more lonely.

My husband has just had a pay rise, which is lovely, but I can't help notice that in the last 10 years, his salary has increased 87%, while mine has increased by 18% I've spent most of that time working on curing cancer. He's been calculating your car insurance.

Is anyone available at the start of June for a couple of days setting up head rigs and lip-syncing in Ae? I've had an inquiry I can't take on, and I said I'd ask around!
