We’re excited to share that Caylent has been placed among the top 25 global providers in the @ISG_News Provider Lens® Amazon Connect Ecosystem 2026 Report as a Product Challenger.
This comes just six months after we brought Pronetx into the Caylent family, and it’s a strong sign of what our combined team can do: bring real intelligence to the customer-facing layer with agentic CX on Amazon Connect.
“Caylent builds @awscloud native from day one, with no proprietary lock-in and an AI-first approach. That’s exactly what buyers are asking for, in regulated industries and everywhere else, and it’s why Caylent is a company we’ll be watching closely in next year’s study.” - Dr. Kenn Walters, Global Lead Analyst and Executive Advisor at ISG

By embedding agentic automation across our engineering workflows, cloud operations, and customer engagements, we’ve enabled organizations to modernize applications up to 75% faster. This recognition reflects our shift from project-based consultancy to an operating partner that builds, runs, and evolves intelligent systems, delivering value that compounds over time.
We’re grateful to CRN for this recognition, to our customers for their trust, to our @awscloud and partner ecosystem for their collaboration, and to the Caylent team for their dedication.

We’re excited to share that Caylent is a @CRN 2026 Triple Crown Award winner! 🏆
We’re one of just 55 solution providers to earn a spot on CRN’s Solution Provider 500, Fast Growth 150, and Tech Elite 250 lists this year, recognizing our scale, rapid growth, and deep technical expertise.
Over the past year, we’ve expanded our @awscloud and AI capabilities to help customers accelerate their agentic initiatives through our Pronetx acquisition to add Amazon Connect to our expertise, our dedicated @AnthropicAI Consulting and Engineering practice, and our Strategic Collaboration Agreement with AWS to add agentic cloud operations. The AI landscape is changing so fast that the best partners aren’t the ones with the perfect plan. They’re the ones who stay alert to what’s next, and then move when they know.
At @CRN's XChange Best of Breed 2026 Conference, our CEO, Valerie Henderson, shared what we’ve learned building our @AnthropicAI practice. Staying alert meant committing early to Anthropic and building a dedicated practice around Claude. Moving dynamically has meant starting customers with shorter Claude engagements, learning alongside them, and changing course when something isn’t working. Today, about 1,400 of our people hold Anthropic certifications.
Thank you to Joseph Kovar and @CRN for the story, and to @TheChannelCo for hosting.

For organizations, swapping an AI model is the easy part; what's hard to unwind is everything the enterprise builds around it.
As companies connect agents across apps, clouds, and vendors, open protocols are making interoperability easier, but they don't make the architecture portable. In @TechTargetNews's latest article, Ryan Gross, Vice President of Anthropic Consulting & Engineering at Caylent, explains where lock-in really builds up and why a real eval is what makes portability possible.
