severe pssd. anhedonia

I wish I died at 16 before psychiatry got their grubby nasty hands on me. When I was 16 I didn't want to live. Now after psychiatry, I don't want to live with genital numbness, intense anhedonia, memory loss and cognitive dysfunction caused by their disgusting garbage drugs.

If they drug monkeys with SSRIs, there is probably a monkey with PSSD out there. Poor monkey will spend their life in confusion wondering what's wrong with them and why they're like this. It is sad that innocent monkeys are now being dragged into this.
Scientists put more than 60 baby monkeys on Prozac. Some changes were still there long after the drug was stopped. We can't ethically randomize children to SSRIs. But researchers at UC Davis and the NIH did it with young monkeys, at doses matched to what kids get. The monkeys started at about 1 year old (roughly age 4 to 6 for a human), took Prozac for about 2 years, and were followed for up to 18 months after. What they found: 1. Sleep. More night waking, more fragmented sleep, less deep sleep. It persisted after stopping. 2. Social behavior. One study saw less dominance and more submissive behavior, during and after. 3. Attention. More errors on sustained-attention tasks, and it persisted. It makes me wonder how many kids on SSRIs later get labeled with ADHD. 4. Emotion. About 40 to 45% fewer emotional reactions. In my experience feelings usually come rushing back after people come off. 5. Brain. PET scans showed lasting changes in the serotonin system into young adulthood. Monkeys aren't kids. But they're the closest thing we have. Pregnant, or considering an SSRI for a child under 18? Treat it as a very serious decision. Don't let anyone rush you. Try non-drug options first. And if your child is already on one, never stop it suddenly. Taper slowly with their doctor. Comment TAPER and I'll send you my free safe tapering guide.

Being around people who are too loud destroys my inner monologue for the duration i'm around them.

Life with PSSD is like being stuck in a waiting room for something that never comes.

Getting PSSD taught me the importance of caring about the truth. If i had cared about the truth more, i would've distrusted and doubted all the claims of psychiatry and every profession related to it. I would've investigated and inquired into the big picture, and what was hidden.

Modern psychiatry promotes learned helplessness and over-medicalization so they can make themselves essential to the process of wellness and healing.

One of the most important implications of this research: framing depression as a chemical imbalance or other brain dysfunction tends to harm people, precisely because it suggests their depression isn’t something they can change through their own effort. (4/9)

Calling this an anti-psychiatry agenda is lazy. The evidence on SSRI doesn’t show that they’re life-saving. We only hear that from individual anecdote. Despite poor funding, there is still much more evidence supporting the harms.

They don't unfortunately :( - SSRIs are indistinguishable from placebo in trials - it's only millions spent on PR and ghost written studies that hide the true data that make people believe these are in any way "safe & effective", they're neither - read study329.org

I don't think God cares about good or evil. This world has disillusioned me too much. I envision God as being infinitely curious. Curious about all the evil in the world and also curious about all the good. God wanted to see it all. Just like some sort of passive spectator.

treating depression with SSRI should be illegal. dopamine agonists are very effective in improving mood, cognitive function and drive, which are the exact symptoms depressed people struggle with.

SSRIS literally almost k*lled me these last two years with how much they depleted my will to do anything. Whenever I brought this up to ANY of my psychs or drs the dosage was raised and I was virtually ignored with any other complaint I could make. Mocked as well.

Psychiatry's goal is eugenics. They want to weed out undesirables from the gene pool. If it's done directly via euthanasia, the normcattle get angry. What do they do instead? Eugenics by proxy. They give people drugs which destroy people's bodies which makes ppl commit suicide.

I'm not against them euthanising me. If their goal was really to get rid of me, why not directly do it? It turns out they're pussies who fear public backlash. So they create fancy language and fancy systems to hide what they really want to be done so it is hidden from normcattle.
