My thoughts on “Fall 2024” release date. September is too soon not to share a specific date or the month broadly. November/December is usually deemed “holiday season” for releases. Therefore, October is the nebulous “fall” when announced in June. Yes, this is about Dragon Age.
I cannot not say anything about this situation, but I do not want to make it about me or my feelings. Being in contact with only one member of my family, I didn’t learn until two hours ago that my nephew committed a horrific act this past weekend.
My family and I are playing The King’s Dilemma every Saturday. When we finish (It will be awhile still.), we would like another legacy game. Does anyone know any good sci-fi ones? I’ll take other genres, too. There are four of us.
Remembering that time @Boots_33 gave me the best gift ever by arranging an interview with @courtenaytaylor. We chatted about her dogs and how she became a voice actor while my chair squeaked embarrassingly loudly & he shared his Ada Wong story.
I would cohost a show about watching grass grow or paint dry with @Boots_33 because working with him was so wonderful, and he made everything interesting. If you ever have the opportunity to work with him, do yourself a favor and take it. 💜💜💜
In late spring, I spent my active time playing The Sims 4. I still mostly laid idly in the glow of YouTube videos, but I had a sliver of my sense of humor the moment I named my tetra fish If Zelda Were a Girl. I still think it’s funny.

Montgomery, Alabama authorities address the brawl:
- The captain of the riverboat remained away from the dock for 40-45 minutes because the private boat was blocking
- The owners of the boat confronted the co-captain of the riverboat, were obscene and aggressive. “He was doing his job.”
- 13 people were detained, but were ultimately released.
- Richard Roberts , 48, white male, warrant for assault 3rd
- Allen Todd, white male, one warrant pending
- Zachary Shipman, 25, white male, one warrant pending
- These are misdemeanor charges
- All of the warrants are for the owners of the private boat.
-One is in custody, two are set to turn themselves in.
- Reggie Gray, the man wielding the folding chair, is being asked to contact the police department.
-The investigation is ongoing and more charges are likely.
Just a little more than an hour until Charlie can play Tears of the Kingdom. It might be two weeks until their birthday, but this child had a shitty week. Today’s event was so shitty I had to get them from school early.

I get they both perform in the same pitch range, but their voice qualities are distinct. Babyface’s voice is crisp & smooth. Tiny Rich’s is warm & craggy. Also, that was my song. I originally recorded it from the radio, but when I got the CD, I listened to it on repeat for years.
I’d probably have sat down on those steps and stared for the rest of my life, living only on those groceries and the kindness of strangers. (As proof of how immobilized I’d be: I now have a long-ass existential thread in my drafts around my familiarity with what that line means.)
