In a difficult week, on the night of the last vote of impeachment, the only place to be was at my second home @hideoutchicago. @soupbreadchi raised over $600 for people in food insufficiency last night by coming together in the cold and snow. Even in darkness, we have each other.

The Greater Chicago @FoodDepository is a local non-profit organization that provides nourishing food for those in need. This Thanksgiving week, @BarackObama stopped by to give back.

After joining young civic leaders at our second Summit in Chicago, President Obama spent some time at the Greater Chicago Food Depository to pack food for families in need across the Chicago area.
