73% of ALL $SPCX shares in existence are now in the hands of known whales , companies, nations and basically wealthy people who don’t need money and will hold forever. There is only 27% remaining that can be sold… BUT a large part of this 27% are held by retail and the musk cult who will also NEVER sell. So its very likely that demand > supply forever @elonmusk > owns 48.4 % of spacex Google > 4.2% Antonio Gracias > 3.8% Peter Thiel > 3.2% Fidelity > 2.3% Gigafund > 1.3% Saudi Arabia > 1.2% Ron Baron > 1.1% Nvidia> 1% Sequoia > 1% Do with this info what you will

SpaceX has 10 insiders who must report every sale to the SEC within 2 business days. 2.27B shares got unlocked since August. Here’s what they filed: Elon: no sales. Gwynne: sold 342,170 shares from old options. Kept every share she owned. Valor: handed 42.8M shares to its own fund investors. No market sale. The other 7, including the CFO: nothing. Not one filing. Notices of a planned insider sale (Form 144) in 4 months: 1. That’s the “insider dump” lol $SPCX

2 hours and 30 minutes until the market opens I have already set an alarm to buy the Unlock dip just in case it goes to ridiculous levels 😂 I hope people realize that 66% of the unlocks are done after this week if you assume Elon and @PeterDiamandis are not selling any $SPCX

After the unlocks this week , Starship Flight 15 and the Anthropic IPO will be the biggest near term catalysts for SpaceX. Both will take place somewhere in November For this launch they will try to catch both the booster AND the ship. If it works, it will be the first orbital rocket ever fully recovered. Fully reusable means launch cost collapses by at least 90%+ 1 flight of Starship will equal 20 falcon 9 launches while carrying new version of V3 Starlink satellites that have 10x the capacity. A lot of large players are still waiting for a succesfull launch before they really fomo everything into $SPCX

Watch this if you are scared of SpaceX unlocks. Do not fall for the unlock FUD/PSYOPS Every single unlock so far $SPCX closed higher . You can find the data on my free site.
6 out of 16 unlocks are now done (37.5%) , only 10 to go. 20.78% of all SpaceX shares are now free to trade up from 3.35% at SpaceX IPO. As an additional of 17.43% shares got unlocked in the past 2-3 months , SpaceX share price appreciated around 20% from IPO price (135$) trading at 162.5$ now. 79.22% of all SpaceX shares are still locked of which 47.15% belongs to Elon Musk, who will never ever sell so effectively only 32.07% of all SpaceX shares are left as potential selling pressure. Of these 32.07%, 70% of the shares belong to big holders + investors like Nvidia, google , Antonio gracias who are also very unlikely to sell as they have already held for 10 years. This leaves us with only around 9% of real SpaceX shares selling pressure left in the next 9 months. The more SpaceX shares unlock , the more bullish each subsequent unlock is for the price. It means these events can't be used to suppress or accumulate $SPCX shares anymore, it also means jeets have less and less shares to sell if they sold the earlier unlocks so they will start to feel like they don't own enough and prefer holding onto whatever they have. I mapped it out on the website, you can track exactly when each unlock will take place and to whom it most likely belongs. Live : tape.panke.app/unlocks

Jensen Huang: Nvidia GPUs people thought lasted 4 years really last "probably eight to maybe more." SpaceX is adding ~200k GB300s a month. Same chips, double the years of rent. And people are scared of high Capex Truly dumb $SPCX
Jensen Huang says what people thought was a four-year life for NVIDIA GPUs “really is probably eight to maybe more,” and that underwriting NVIDIA compute carries the lowest risk of any asset out there HUANG: “Well, this is one of our advantages because NVIDIA’s computing systems are so universally used. And the performance is so good that it’s productive for so long. And because we’re software programmable and we keep enhancing the software throughout the entire life of the asset, we keep refreshing it so that it’s productive for a very long time." "And so people are discovering that what people thought used to be a four-year lifecycle really is probably eight to maybe more. And irrespective of the clients, the customers that use the compute, they’re always companies that can use the compute. And so there’s just so many off-takers. So it’s productive, it’s fungible, and it’s durable." "Now, when that happens, you might be able to underwrite a loan against the asset itself. Today, most computers don’t have value, have very little residual value. But people are now recognizing NVIDIA’s compute has a great deal of residual value. And so you might be able to use that and backstop the debt itself.” BOSA: “Are some of the financial instruments and derivatives around the AI space, does anything about that worry you?” HUANG: “Well, I think that one of the pillars for this growth, because we’re talking about infrastructure build-out, the capital market will have to think about how to support it. And a little bit different capital instruments." "But I think the real advantage that we have is because of the durability, because of the productivity and fungibility of our computing system, the risk involved in underwriting NVIDIA’s asset in our NVIDIA computing is the lowest of any asset out there. And so I think this is an area that’s going to really play into our advantage.”

16 Nov is when bears find out who bought the SpaceX unlocks. That’s the deadline for funds to file what they held on 30 Sep. The first 13Fs after 1.94B unlocked shares. What the last ones (30 Jun) showed: Saudi PIF: new, 154M shares Norway’s wealth fund: first stake Coatue: new Google: 551M, mostly its 2015 cheque If Google sold a single share, 16 Nov shows it. My guess: the list gets longer. $SPCX

Elon on Terafab: first test chip around May or June 2027. Volume production in Q3 or Q4 2028. His words: “insanely fast timeframes for chip production.” He says they have some big potential breakthroughs in chip fabrication. “Let's not give away the shop here.” $SPCX

Some people hide their positions. I'm loud about mine. SpaceX is the company I want my name next to. When it's red I say it. When it's green I say it. Hiding a position means you're not sure about it. I've never been more sure about anything I own. Ten years from now I'll still be saying it, and I'll have the receipts. $SPCX

Elon on the call: SpaceX will add 20 GW of power and cooling next year. The compute he’s confident in only needs about 10 GW of it. Then over 20 GW of compute next year: a small possibility, “but it used to be zero. It's not zero anymore.” 10 GW = 500 trillion potential ARR 20 GW = 1 Trillion potential ARR SpaceX ended Q3 at 1.7 GW. $SPCX

Unlocks are bullish. For SpaceX. You already know. Here’s the data before tomorrow’s 1.31B. THE FIRST BIG ONE 6 Aug: 911.5M freed. Low $105.11. 4 trading days later $146.15. +27%. EVERY ONE SINCE Next day closed higher: 6 for 6. 20 trading days later: 4 for 4, average +16.6%. THE INSIDERS 10 have to report every sale. 7 filed nothing. 1 Form 144 in 4 months. THE INDEX Nasdaq-100 weight went from 1.28% to 2.82% as the float grew. Above 33.3% float SpaceX counts at full size. After Saturday: up to 33.5%. WHAT’S LEFT Tomorrow is the biggest non-Elon unlock left. After 8 Dec, 73% of it is free. Every unlock, every close: tape.panke.app/unlocks $SPCX

Rant rant rant $180 $SPCX by friday 😤
Rant time Honestly, my biggest lesson from buying SpaceX and being pretty much all in ever since is how fucking long the market can take to figure out what you already know. Right now it still doesn’t fucking know. When I understood Starship wasn’t a science project , that it turns orbit from a government program into infrastructure …….. I felt that same panic: holy shit I need as much of this as I can get before I get priced out. Then weeks turn into months turn into years. Pads explode. Heat shields strip. Boosters punch holes in the Gulf. IPO. Unlocks. “Overvalued.” Confirmation on confirmation on fucking confirmation. NASA crew. HLS. Starlink in war zones, on airliners, in the middle of the ocean. Direct-to-cell. A tower catching a 70-meter booster out of the sky. Colossus renting gigawatts to Anthropic and Google. Grok. X. TeraFab. Now the first real orbital Starship flight with V3 birds Falcon can’t even lift. So much information on the table and still almost nobody outside the echochamber is pricing what this actually is. Analysts still think SpaceX is a rocket company with a wifi side quest. At this price you are paying for Starlink plus a slice of terrestrial compute. Grok as a frontier model is free. X is free. TeraFab is free. Orbital compute is free. Anthropic can wave a $2T IPO while leasing someone else’s GPUs. OpenAI can project a few hundred billion of negative cash flow and still get treated like the whole category. Neoclouds have racks and no brain. SpaceX has the model, the compute, the network, and the only launch system that can take the whole stack off the planet , and the tape still prices launch plus Starlink at basically zero. All these Twitter charlatans called SpaceGuru and LaunchBoy. SLS priests. “If it’s useful NASA will just add it to the existing stack.” Chatbot maximalists arguing whose toy is funnier this week without asking the only question that matters: why does your pretty model matter if you don’t own the power, the network, or the rocket that lets you keep scaling when Earth runs out of substations. NONE OF THEM GET IT. The point was never the rocket. The point was making space cheap enough that people who are not aerospace engineers can use it , then owning the stack those people actually hit. Energy. Compute. Connectivity. Intelligence. Demand for AI is infinite. Agents are going to torch bandwidth. You do not need to know which lab wins the chatbot war. You need the company that builds the infra under all of them and still has a real shot at winning the lab itself. After Falcon flying like a city bus, after Dragon flying humans for years, after Starlink already lighting up half the planet, after xAI sitting inside the same ticker, it still took Starship going around the Earth with real payload , and a $2T Anthropic headline, before the new midwit class bothered to do five minutes of due diligence. $150 is the price you get before the rest of the market is forced to admit it. That is the whole point of being early. If this were already obvious, you would not be able to buy it here. Next time something like this shows up, if it ever fucking shows up again at this scale and with this upside, which is by no means guaranteed, I am going to remember the distinct lesson that just because something is obvious to you does not mean it is in any way obvious to the heaving masses of absolute fucking dumbos throwing their money away in this market. $SPCX

At tonight's prices 1 Tesla share is about 2.45 SpaceX shares. JPMorgan floated a 30-35% premium in an all-stock deal. That's about 3.2 to 3.3 SpaceX shares for every Tesla share. My own guess based on Tesla SpaceX ratio analysis is either a maximum price of $473 which is the highest of the ratio range Or merge at ATH price of $500 , this way none of the Tesla holders are in actual loss and they can just fuck off if they don’t like it $SPCX $TSLA
