New: Proton, the company behind ProtonMail, emailed staff to say it will be 're-interviewing' workers about how they use AI. The implication is, if you're not using AI, or won't learn, you may lose your job. “These re-interviews are consequential,” a leaked email seen by 404 Media reads.

One problem with much of the western left on Taiwan is that they consistently confuse (either intentionally or due to ignorance) two issues: what Taiwan's status should be and how Taiwan/allies should approach that status to best maintain Taiwan's safety given China's polices

BREAKING:Bradford has fled the Tronto mainland following its fall to socialist Olivia Chow. Sources say he will establish a new govt on the Toronto Islands with the goal of eventually reclaiming the entire city. Chow has promised to purge all remaining Fordmintang on the mainland
Suzuran Street Stroll and Cooling Festival (鈴蘭通散步納涼會) in Taichung. It's insanely busy down here today, a phantasmagoria of performances, LARPers (the good kind), tasty snacks, experimental coffee, layered history, and everything great about Taiwan's central metropolis.
One Taiwanese custom I was completely unprepared for is picking bones. I'm not sure I had ever heard of it before I was invited to do it.

Walked right out into a howling typhoon tonight. Everything was going sideways, trees downed, a real mess!
Most of Taiwan will be having a typhoon holiday tomorrow. #TyphoonChampi

Some stats on #php2shell. In the 10 hours before it was publicly announced, across the @Cloudflare network we saw thousands of attempts to exploit it. That jumped to tens of thousands in the 45 minutes post announcement, hundreds of thousands within 2 hours, and millions now.

PHP changes are live. Start patching. php.net/archive/2026.php#202…
Huge thanks to coordinated work by @ThePHPF!
PHP sites behind Cloudflare already have an initial set of WAF rules deployed for the known exploit vectors in these vulnerabilities. The rules are available to all customers, including free.
We are seeing early attacks emerging and are updating mitigations as new vectors show up.
This is a STOPGAP only. Patch as soon as @ThePHPF releases the update at 14:00 UTC today.
