You grind for years, build a follower base and earn people's trust, only to end up doing something stupid for money. Faking a serious health issue, if true, is just sick. Really sad.
If you want to sell your art, start shilling. I don't care if it's a shill thread. You're an artist trying to get your work seen and hopefully find someone who wants to own it. There's absolutely nothing wrong with that. Don't feel embarrassed about wanting to sell something you created.
