I can't say this enough, both he and his dad shaped me so much as a coach. He's a great coach, but he's a better human being.
Only 44, six-time state champ @Reggie_Kohn retires from coaching. at @TMAathletics.
"Part of it is giving myself a break from all the time it takes to do things correctly for a [basketball] program. It consumes you," he said.

SARK ON CULTURE
"It is not a sign in your building. It's not a t-shirt you wear. It's not breaking the team down & saying Culture on 3 ... Who you are some of the time is who you are all of the time."
Culture is lived out on a daily basis.

We are losing good coaches every day. The toll of unreasonable parents, lack of admin support, schools & leagues adding more (useless) trainings, unimaginable hours, & lack of being appreciated generally wins out. Hang in there, coaches, you make a difference in people’s lives!

Our group of Assistant coaches @CoachMalphurs @Hscott_10 @ptreese21 @Sopko20 are as hardworking as they come.
Their goals align with giving our guys the best HS baseball experience possible.
Facility upgrades, field work, stay late, arrive early. Doesn’t matter to them!
