No 'dot paintings' in 1966 because they hadn't been invented until Geoffrey Bardon taught the Pupunya Aborigines how to do it in 1971.

BREAKING: Department of Infrastructure officials have just confirmed what many suspected: the $6 million federal grant to Marrickville Golf Club in Anthony Albanese’s electorate was not for fixing sewerage issues. Albanese repeatedly told Parliament and the ABC that the money was to stop raw sewage flowing into the Cooks River during floods. Officials at Senate estimates were clear: “It does not include sewerage works.” The actual project, according to departmental briefs, FOI documents and council minutes: $4.5m went to the clubhouse redevelopment (bar, toilets, pro shop, alfresco dining, dog station) $1m stormwater harvesting. $0.5m landscaping/native plantings The septic/sewage connection was handled separately by a $269,500 NSW Government grant in 2025. This is the same club where Albanese held an undisclosed honorary membership dating back years, something he says he didn’t know about and never used, despite being caught on camera at the club hundreds of times. People have been forced to stand down over far less. Barry O’Farrell resigned as NSW Premier in 2014 after ICAC evidence showed he received a bottle of Penfolds Grange (valued at around $3,000) that he failed to declare and initially denied receiving. One bottle. One denial. Career over. Here we have a Prime Minister whose department has contradicted his public statements about a $6 million grant to a club in his own seat, after an undeclared membership was revealed, and he remains in office. If a bottle of Grange ended a Premier, what standard are we applying now?

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! THE WORLD NEEDS TO HEAR THIS. 🇦🇺 🇫🇷 🇮🇹 🇬🇧 🇩🇪 I AM A CHRISTIAN. I AM AN AUSTRALIAN. AND I WILL NOT BE SILENCED. From the streets of Paris and Rome to London, Berlin and Sydney, foreign conflicts are fuelling divisions that have NO place in peaceful communities. There is not 1 flag on this earth that gives anybody the right to break the laws of the country in which they stan. Our nations are not battlegrounds for the world's historical wars. It's time for world leaders to stop offering empty words and start delivering real solutions. responsible immigration, meaningful integration, equal enforcement of the law and protection of our national freedoms. My Christian faith teaches me to love my neighbour. It does NOT teach me to surrender to intimidation. THE WORLD NEEDS PEACE, NOT IMPORTED CONFLICT! @OneNationAus #SaveAustralia #AustraliaFirst #FreedomOfSpeech #RuleOfLaw #NationalSovereignty #ProtectOurFuture

Replying to @AlboMP
You distributed a dirt file on her. You spread hatred of your enemies on state funded media and social media. And now you’re blaming social media so you can censor it.
Huh. A "dirt sheet" sure looks a lot like "hate speech." @AlboMP wouldn't want to have to censor that kind of thing now would he

The politicians are back in Canberra for the final week of Question time before they break for Christmas. They'll all be wearing orange pins in support of Helen Haines. Albanese will shed a fake tear, and say how demonised politicians are. He will then blame the internet and people's opinions. Calling for toning it down while yelling "smash her" and having a dirt sheet on Haines herself. Albanese as opposition leader basically accused Morrison of rape cover-up. Albo goes around with a dirt sheet, attacking people. Save you fake tears you pissant. You make decent people sick.

They are actually coming after the cartoonists. Meanwhile, those that preach "kill the disbelievers wherever you find them, capture them and besiege them, and lie in wait for them in each and every ambush …" are handed taxpayer funded grants. Australia is in big trouble.

Okay. I'm going to explain something here, because apparently we've reached the point in human civilization where BASIC FIREARMS SAFETY is now a controversial political position. There is a concept in engineering called "defense in depth." It's a fairly simple idea. You have multiple, independent layers of protection against something going catastrophically wrong, because human beings are remarkably creative when it comes to finding new and exciting ways to screw things up. For example, commercial buildings have automatic fire sprinklers. They ALSO have fire extinguishers. "But the building has SPRINKLERS!" you might exclaim. "Why do we need FIRE EXTINGUISHERS? What are you, some kind of ANTI-SPRINKLER BIGOT?" No. We have both because fires are bad, and we'd prefer the building not turn into a large, expensive barbecue. This brings us to firearms. Most of us "gun bros" (and chicks/sisters/catgirls/whatever) are familiar with something called Cooper's Four Rules of Firearms Safety, named after Jeff Cooper, who was something of an authority on the subject. They are: 1. Treat every firearm as though it is loaded. ALWAYS. 2. Never allow the muzzle to point at anything you are not willing to destroy. 3. Keep your finger OFF THE TRIGGER until your sights are on the target and you are ready to fire. 4. Be absolutely certain of your target and what lies beyond it. Notice something interesting about these rules? They work TOGETHER. They're an example of DEFENSE IN DEPTH. Suppose you accidentally point your firearm at something you don't particularly want to shoot, such as your television, your dog, or your Uncle Bob, who has already had a difficult week. Well, if you're following Rule Three, your finger isn't on the trigger. And if you're following Rule One, you're behaving as though the gun is loaded, EVEN IF YOU PERSONALLY UNLOADED IT FIVE MINUTES AGO. Here's something that firearms instructors understand, and apparently a surprising number of people on the internet do not: HUMAN BEINGS ARE IDIOTS. Not ALL the time, mind you. Frequently enough that entire engineering disciplines exist to protect us from ourselves. Sometimes we forget to unload a firearm. Sometimes we THINK we unloaded a firearm. Sometimes we're absolutely POSITIVE the safety is engaged, when in fact it isn't. Sometimes we install a mechanical device designed to prevent a firearm from discharging, and then behave as though this magically repeals the fundamental principles of firearms safety. It does not. A mechanical safety device is ANOTHER LAYER OF PROTECTION. It is not a permission slip to disregard all the others. This is why responsible gun owners follow these rules even when the firearm is unloaded, even when the safety is engaged, and even when we're absolutely certain the thing couldn't possibly fire. The whole POINT of defense in depth is that when one layer fails, the others are still there to prevent somebody from having a REALLY BAD FRIDAY IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM. I suspect part of the problem here is a fundamental difference between British and American firearms culture. In Britain, firearms are sufficiently restricted that, for most people, getting your hands on one involves obtaining the appropriate government permissions, satisfying various legal requirements, and presumably presenting a signed note from the Archbishop of Canterbury confirming that you are a responsible adult. Meanwhile, over here in the United States, we crazy Americans can, (subject to the applicable laws,) just BUY THE DAMN THINGS. We own them. We shoot them. We clean them. We take them to the range. Some of us own enough firearms to equip a moderately sized Central American republic. Contrary to what many of you seem to believe, this does not mean we're all wandering around our living rooms casually pointing loaded shotguns at Uncle Bubba while shouting "YEEHAW!" Quite the opposite, actually. Because we regularly handle firearms, responsible American gun owners develop habits specifically intended to prevent Uncle Bubba from having to explain to an emergency-room physician why he's suddenly acquired an additional hole leaking important biological fluids. We follow multiple, overlapping safety rules precisely because we understand that mechanical devices can fail, people can make mistakes, and bullets are notoriously reluctant to return to the barrel once they've been fired. And this brings us to the photograph. The reason people are criticizing the officer in the hijab is not, contrary to your fascinating theory, that she is a WOMAN. Or that she is a MUSLIM. Or that she is wearing a HIJAB. It's that she's handling a firearm in a manner that violates basic firearms safety principles. Here's the really astonishing part: WE EXPECT TRAINED PROFESSIONALS TO KNOW BETTER. I know. Shocking. We expect electricians not to lick exposed wires. We expect surgeons to wash their hands. We expect airline pilots to remember that LANDING is generally considered an important part of flying. We expect police officers to demonstrate safe firearms handling. These expectations do not magically disappear because the professional in question happens to belong to a demographic group you believe requires special protection from criticism. In fact, I'd argue that holding her to a LOWER standard because she's a Muslim woman would be considerably more insulting than holding her to the exact same standard as every other armed professional. Her religion is irrelevant. Her sex is irrelevant. Her clothing is irrelevant. HER FIREARMS HANDLING IS THE ISSUE. And if your first instinct upon seeing someone criticize unsafe firearms handling is to accuse them of religious bigotry rather than examine the actual safety concern, I would respectfully suggest that you have confused firearms safety with a sociology seminar. This would be merely annoying if we were discussing something harmless, like the proper way to load a dishwasher. Unfortunately, we're discussing a device specifically designed to propel a piece of metal at extremely high velocity. Those devices, unlike internet political arguments, have a nasty habit of producing consequences that cannot be fixed by deleting your post. Which you should consider doing, anyway.

I didn’t know about Helen Haines before the horrendous attack on her. Violence is never the answer. Here she is talking complete sense. Not partisan. Just against corruption. @AlboMP used taxpayer money to try to end her political career after she spoke out here. Only a few weeks ago. That’s a fact. On Monday night he called her ‘a beacon of light’, a person of ‘the highest integrity’. All Albanese cares about is votes. He should resign today.

Albo @AlboMP I will not be intimidated by you or the corrupt weaponisation of the AFP. My father, grandfather, and great-grandfather fought and bled for my right to political expression. Over my dead body will I ever be muzzled by a pathetic excuse for a leader like you. You are a completely out-of-depth, failing puppet of a Prime Minister. You scramble and buckle under the slightest bit of pressure because you are a weak-willed fool, trapped in your own staggering arrogance. Rumour has it you can’t even be bothered to read your daily briefings. You are a total dope and an absolute embarrassment to the office. The sooner the Labor party and their Greens parasites are thoroughly wiped out of office, the sooner this broken nation can begin to heal from the damage you've caused.

Now firstly to Helen Haines and her family you have my sympathies what a fucking horrible circumstance/. Political violence is unacceptable but our AFP boss a DEI hire if ever there was one rolls out on the V to soften everyone up for UK style hurty word internet laws to blend into this digital duty of care puss. They will make no mistake gleefully expand their regime of arresting their political opponents arrest anyone who says “threatening” things anyone who in their eyes will be labelled as an extremist you know the far right our dickhead prime minister Anthony Albanese likes to stomp his foot at you know extremists like you and I who want Closed borders to third world scum who hate us. Or extremists like you and I who want to keep far more of what we earn via our hard work as opposed to being bled dry by extortionist taxes and government caused inflation Extremists like you and I who do detest our political class not because they are our political class but because they lie and lie and lie, steal and steal while selling off our interests and children’s future to foreign interests. Extremists like you and I who are expected to smile and play happy and polite after decades of being called racists, sexists, homophobic, Nazis facists and what ever the fuck else by the clowns now demanding we turn the temperature down Extremists like you and I who don’t want our kids sexualised, taped or violated. Extremists like you and I who know climate change and net zero is a scam and would much rather a country with food, water and energy security than and extra fucking windmill Or perhaps its extremists like you and I who don’t need some fuckwit politician explaining things (usually their fuck ups) via ooshies teddies and toy giraffes for their $300/400,000 plus per year showing us just how much disdain for us they have while booking $3000-4000 tax payer funded trips to piss ups on the coast or $20 million dollar junkets to Fiji Maybe it’s the extremists like you and I who want our kids to go to school to learn to read, write, count not that boys can get pregnant and you should be guilty if your white and by the if you feel like a fucking cat you can be a fucking cat. Extremists like you and I who were disgusted that our police, media and politicians went after our greatest living soldier Ben Roberts Smith in the lowest stunt possible designed to denigrate not just Ben and his family but to build shame into Australians to weaken our own defence forces and patriotic inclinations. I can do this for hours, so Krissy you better let us all know which of our extremist values you find unacceptable which of our hurty words towards deadset cun&ts like Albo, Anika Wells MP, Tony Burke MP or any of the other filthy low life grubs in our current parliament are unacceptable what are the rules of engagement in your new world order? We about 1/3 of Australia I reckon does not like you lot, respect you lot and most importantly does not trust any of you and rightly so.
