Ladies and gentlemen, I am sincerely and deeply sorry for our continued hiatus. @correlophys and I have been enjoying life as an in-person couple, figuring out job situations, and dealing with the reality of having her in a rental (maintenance issue after maintenance issue). Regardless, we have missed all of you so very much, and Lord willing, this announcement should make up for it.
Pilgrims, squires, and knights, it is with GREAT pleasure I announce to you:

Tldr;
Log off of all your social media and go seek to live a peaceful life just like the Lord commanded 🤍
The Bible tells us to live peaceful lives and to mind our own business:
1 Thessalonians 4:11 CSB
to seek to lead a quiet life, to mind your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you,
And again:
1 Timothy 2:1-2 CSB
First of all, then, I urge that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for everyone, [2] for kings and all those who are in authority, so that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and dignity.
And again:
Romans 12:18 CSB
If possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.
Do you know the best way to do this?
Go offline. Log out of everything. Don’t engage with drama. Don’t concern yourself with it. Seriously, logging off social media is literally THE BEST thing you can do for yourself. Stop letting fomo and addictive habits rule over you. Spend more time focusing on what really matters; your relationship with the Lord, and making sure your house is in order. Our Messiah is coming back soon. Why waste your time on things that are pulling you towards sin? Acting out in anger, hate, jealousy, lust, depression (which isn’t a sin but can cause you to), etc. Is that truly the most important thing? Is constantly being engaged with drama what matters most? On your deathbed, are you really going to be glad you spent all that time online? Or are you going to look back and wish you did more meaningful things? I don’t know. I’m not you. But.. you are.
I will give you this verse, but I encourage you to read more verses about being wise with our time, living peaceful lives, and how we should conduct ourselves.
Ephesians 5:15-16 CSB
Pay careful attention, then, to how you walk-not as unwise people but as wise- [16] making the most of the time, because the days are evil.

If possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone. [19] Friends, do not avenge yourselves; instead, leave room for God's wrath, because it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. [20] But If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him something to drink. For in so doing you will be heaping fiery coals on his head. [21] Do not be conquered by evil, but conquer evil with good.

You may look at yourself and feel like you’re not enough, but don’t forget that God created you with purpose.
Your worth is not determined by how people treat you or what they think of you.
You are His workmanship. Never forget that.

Update: Mark is now breathing warmed oxygen and off all the other machines. As of this evening it is a go to do the lung procedure tomorrow. He will more than likely start dialysis Wednesday. Please keep him lifted up in prayer.
Ephesians 5:11 CSB
Don't participate in the fruitless works of darkness, but instead expose them.
2 Corinthians 6:14-15 CSB
Do not be yoked together with those who do not believe. For what partnership is there between righteousness and lawlessness? Or what fellowship does light have with darkness? [15] What agreement does Christ have with Belial? Or what does a believer have in common with an unbeliever?

Christians, how we handle conflict online shows whether we truly belong to Christ.
Speak the truth with humility rather than tearing others down.

This is a hard post for me. I never like to ask for help for myself. But I'm going to ask for prayers. I have been diagnosed with cancer. Any prayers would be appreciated.

Not every disagreement is persecution.
Sometimes we're mistreated for following Jesus that's true. Sometimes people just simply disagree with us-and you have to remember, they may not have the same knowledge that the Lord has imparted to you.
Even when others try to argue with you, or slander you, take a moment & remember-Jesus loves them too, even if they don't love Him back. You may be planting a seed, just by being obedient to the Lord in those situations. Stand firm, & conduct yourself with grace anyway.
1 Peter 2:20–23.

Jesus said the He and the Father are One. And that no one can get to the Father except through Him. You can’t have a relationship with the Father without the Son being involved. Jesus is our Mediator and our Advocate, when we pray, it’s to the Father, through the Son, by the power of the Holy Spirit
