I got tired of juggling 20+ API keys across different repos.
Copying .env files around was annoying, and half the time I got lazy and just pasted raw tokens directly into Claude or Cursor prompts (crazy I know 🥲)
So I built Cloak to fix my own workflow

One very strange thing that happened to me at Skype, where we went all-in on Scrum and 2-week sprints:
Sprint burnout.
I got tired of the retro & planning every 2 weeks. That as soon as we finished a sprint, we'd start a new one.
Got this feeling about 8 months into sprints.
The PO pass is gimmick, it's a flash sale. Wsted whole day, fnlly plced order, now I can't chnge the addr of delivery even though not shipped. And if i cancel and place a new order I will not be able to use the PO pass. So AIA, learnt my lesson. Thanks @Flipkart @buildingnothing.
