99% think real estate equals passive wealth.
But they're wrong. Real estate doesn't cash flow straight away. And not without a lot of work first.
The real money is made by:
• Tax deductions
• Leverage to buy assets
• Long-term appreciation
Wealth is a long game.

There is a person impersonating @ssigsbee on Skype using the name lmawhale26 with an L not an I. If you get contacted by anyone on Skype claiming to be Shane, it’s not him. Shane no longer uses Skype at all.

Got to witness a hole in one today, in the member guest @SHighlandsGC. Of the few I’ve seen this was the most pure. Just a perfect shot by @minnman21. Thank god he made it and not his partner @ssigsbee or 💸💸💸

One thing that becomes apparent if you talk to gamblers is that an exercise that starts as a math problem very quickly becomes a logistics operation.

This is one of my CFP students. He came to me last in March of last year playing 5c/10c after not having played since BF. He has a very impressive work ethic both away from the tables and at the tables. Really shows what you can accomplish with hard work and good direction.

Another student that has 'graduated' from my coaching. Was a long time 500nl grinder winning at around 4-5bb/100 before we started working together. Now grinding 1k/2k and just crushing it. He's so good that now I ask him for advice on hands pretty often :) @ImawhaleStaking

when youre in HS, there is a stigma around going to a trade school rather than liberal arts school despite the fact that trade schools are optimized for the student's success, and universities for their own. It's quite frustrating to witness.

Good riddance. Using him and Vegas Dave as the templates for the villain in the TV show I developed with @ImpactImagine. Using @ssigsbee, Spanky, et al as the template for the good guys. Would love to email/10min phone interview you if at all possible since you’re the NBA GOAT.

About 10 years ago Maddie used to beg me to make up my own bed time stories for her. It eventually turned into a never ending story about a flying alligator named “pod compodre”. Boy do I miss those days. If you have young ones, absorb every second of it...you’re gonna miss it!
