Because they’re not a significant enough national demographic. Asian populations are concentrated in a few states for the most part so you’ll see them on regional data but not national data. 7% of total population is ~25mil and probably only half can vote (if that).
I count on my fingers the way my mom does, so with the sections separated by joints. So you get 3 on 4 fingers and 2 on the thumb for a total of 14. Also I will be stealing this insult
Nothing grinds my gears more than all the white people from the very blue state I grew up in writing off southern states without consideration for the voter suppression, gerrymandering, and the systemic racism involved in keeping them red for the last few decades.

It’s def embarrassing but why do people think CA is the pinnacle? That state consistently says fuck poor people with their policies and their politics. Other states are most definitely capable of getting something like prop 40 to pass and the exceptionalism/defeatism is annoying.
Preventing Prop 40 from passing but passing Prop 42 so we’ll never be able to tax billionaires fairly ever again is so embarrassing. If CA can’t do it, no where else can. People who will never touch 6 figures are defending billionaires bc they want to be them; political literacy in America is so ASS.

anyway, for states who got to turn blue pls learn your new reps phone number, save their email, blow that shit up nonstop during their term. every single issue that comes up you need to be on their asses in droves so they stay scared about reelection
I already knew what I was voting for so I didn’t take a sample ballot but I’m regretting it because I have no clue what the messaging was around issue 3 locally. I was told by the people outside early voting that they were asking for a no on issue 3 if you were voting the ticket.
And I do know I argued with people in line about it and it sounded like I convinced them to change to a no. But all the signage had arguments that were so dogshit. Idk if that’s what convinces the average voter or if the people putting them up were sabotaging the vote.

The South is not a "lost cause". It's underorganized, underfunded, and relentlessly suppressed & gerrymandered. And despite it all, Black Southern voters have shown up anyway to be the conscience of this country throughout our history. I hope people realize that.
