This is as close as I get to having actual 'news' to share, but my parents (10+ year Titans STH, attend most team events) got a booklet a few weeks ago on New Nissan Stadium with a rendering of the 2015 Kentucky/Wisconsin game (!) in New Nissan. No surprise Nashville wants it
Five of these seven finalists will host a Final Four from 2032-36. Let's go with: New Orleans, Vegas, Nashville, Kansas City and Denver. I would like to ski immediately after covering a Final Four, please 🎿⛷️ ncaa.org/news/march-basketba…

It's a little 'fork found in kitchen' for a new domed NFL stadium to desire hosting a Final Four but figured I've shared dumber.

My boy Pat don’t give a f about the haters 😂 that’s why he loudly responds to every single thing they say 💯
Pat McAfee: "New York Times always saying it! 'This a**hole is shirtless at 9:02 a.m. Eastern!' Sorry, Coach. I'm ruining the whole sport; I'm ruining the whole sport because of this."

That’s the greatest score banner that has ever existed in any sport, ever. Turning off the replies because I literally do not care if you disagree. You’re wrong.

We need to halt all stadium atmospherics until we can figure out what the hell is going on. Every stadium in America now sounds EXACTLY the same - Zombie Nation, 7 Nation Army, Mo Bamba. Crazy Train laugh. Aretha, McCartney, Tell Me Something Good on reviews. We need a reset.

I think Bill Hicks was right when he said that celebrities who do commercials should be "off the artistic roll call forever" - and back then he was only talking about Jay Leno shilling for Doritos, not every modern celeb promoting the Life-Ruining App xitter.cf/Variety/status/2113656…
Shane Gillis and Danny McBride play feuding weathermen in a new four-minute Kalshi ad. “In the past year I’ve made some questionable trades on contracts for local weather, Costco hot dog prices and cricket,” McBride said in a statement. “Working with Kalshi to make this very unique ad was a great way to both make amends on some of my questionable predictions, but also get to work with Shane, and reunite with my good pal, Deep Roy.” variety.com/2026/tv/news/sha…

Turned on ESPN and McAfee was complaining about how people tell him to stop taking his shirt off in front of college kids. He immediately takes his shirt off and starts screaming. Cool, man.

For all of my fellow losers. Today is 10/24/26 Pythagorean triple day: 10²+ 24²= 26² Can only happen in first third of a century and will be last one of our lifetime (unless you live another 80+ years)

A stat that may explain Villanova’s decision: The last season before Covid, there were 50 true road games played by power-conference MBB teams against opponents from outside the power conferences. This season, there are 11 such games.
The current format of Big 5 men's basketball will end after this year, and the immediate future has the 5 non-Villanova schools playing round-robin without the Wildcats. Villanova didn't want to keep this format, and another could not be agreed on. Story:inquirer.com/college-sports/…

NATHAN FIELDER: So you see he's ordering 55 burgers and 55 fries and 55 tacos and 55 pies and 55 Cokes and so on. ELIZABETH HOLMES: Yes. NATHAN FIELDER: So why is that funny? ELIZABETH HOLMES: Because he's...doing...something? BILLY EVANS: That's enough for now. Cut the camera.

Everyone has gone completely insane. Normally functioning brains don’t produce takes like this
realizing that the reactions to this movie are heavily stratified by race & gender because the only people who seem to think it was a Mindfuck are men and white people. on tiktok woc are Not Going for it and it’s because they understand white women’s manipulation implicitly

Here is (part) of Central Michigan head coach Matt Drinkall's quote in opposition to the proposed 24-team College Football Playoff:
Just got off the weekly press conference with Central Michigan head coach Matt Drinkall. We asked him about the proposed 24-team Playoff, and now we have about 10 minutes of quotes to transcribe. Hope to be able to share that soon.
