His whole body is run by that purpose data/loyalty to a thing. If that purpose data goes missing, and he does not have one anymore, his body cannot be rebuilt/reconstructed. Maybe this has changed in qsmp2, but it still doesnt erase the fact that loyalty plays a core part in him.
