I use as little as possible during my #ostomy bag change.
It's easy to get carried away with everything that's available, but if it's not needed, don't use it!

Seeing your story and watching your progress since the operation was inspirational — it gave me the drive to get back in the gym after getting my bag, and to push myself.

Stomas are not anything to be ashamed of!
My heart broke hearing the news of patient #msp and it just shows we haven't shouted loud enough about the positive side of having a stoma, we haven't reached out enough to help those struggling and we need to work harder

It's time we stop seeing ourselves & others for what's on the outside & love what's on the inside! Life with a stoma can be beautiful and so can you!

My #stoma's called Porta, as he's my portaloo.
This is my 3rd & he's a permanent fixture due to #UlcerativeColitis & a failed Jpouch.
It's been a tough 12 yrs, but I'm in an awesome place now, thanks to my #ostomy 💜
