Elon just opened the curtain of neoclouds. $IREN and other about 10x from IPO prices so we might have some turbulance coming
Replying to @chamath
Pretty much.
As of the past few weeks, debt markets have almost entirely shut off access to money for any company that doesn’t have substantial revenue independent of AI data centers.
SpaceX closed $40B of debt for GPUs, but we’re investment grade and have Starlink & launch revenue.
That means the 200+ neoclouds are going to see guppy-level death and consolidation. Some will make it through, but not many.
Burry made music video 😂
Now we have soundtrack for big short 2:

Is this #Leopold again? Somebody take the controller off that kid, jesus!

$NOK thesis:
12-month target $10.40. Becomes a Buy below ~$8.00 or on a Q4 AI order rebound.
Q3 profit beat (profit 39% above management's own "flat versus Q2" guide), but the cash story got worse and AI order intake fell. At ~19x 2027 EPS the stock is no longer "expensive".
My $EOSE thesis:
12-month target $1.30. Cons. assumes 90% rev growth, while backlog shrinking and missed FY2025 rev guide by 27%. Shareholders also sit behind $948M of debt and a Cerberus-held stack of preferred stock and warrants.
My $NVDA (AI) thesis:
Target $260. 14x fiscal 2028 EPS, the price already assumes AI spending peaks soon, while @JensenHuang guides 70% rev growth next year w/ supply as the constraint. The bear case (customer financing strain, not demand) is real, so size for a 15-20% drawdown.
$NOK blasting off earnings and yet stock -6%. I rode this after nvidia investment 8$ to 14$, do we get new opporunity?
